when I select the archive button from the tool bar, does mail store the particular email message on my hard drive, or is it stored in a mailbox in the cloud? Does trying to understand actually happens.

Feb 28, 2012I bought a used mac mini and I was viewng the App Store and wanted to purchase IPhoto app but it was purchase previously and could not update because not associated with my Apple ID. The error message reads I would need to purchase it again My issue I have it the icon for the application just give me a the options to "update" and not purchase. What do I need to do to purchase this app?

Apr 13, 2012I have an early 2011 MacBook Pro running OS Lion (10.7.3) and in the last two weeks I face the following problem with the Mail application and my Yahoo mail account: although the account appears in the side bar of the application and it will search for new messages when I launch the Mail app, it doesn't load any messages and I also realised that all Mailboxes of the named account are blank! The messages appear normally when I reach my account through the Yahoo page! I tried to remove and re-import the account in the Mail app, but it just worked for two days and now the Mailboxes are blank again! I have no problems with the other two mail accounts I reach through the same application (both POP accounts).

Mar 24, 2012Garageband is not installing on my os x lion 10.7.3 it downloaded to mac mini just fine now it wont install everytime I click on the Garageband icon in launchpad it trys to download other parts of the program. I let it download 4 different times all the same size download and it is always the same. The program wont run.

I have acquired a new MacBook Pro with OS X 10.9.4. Initially I installed the PavTube application from the install DVD. However it would not recognize video files on the MacBook Pro. PavTube sent an updated aplicatioin which I have downloaded and installed on the MacBook Pro. When attempting to open the application I was faced with a message that the application could not be opened because it was not downloaded from an Apple certified provider. What do I do to be able to use the application?

What I have observed is that the updates for the application are still in the list in the app store. App Store :: Deleted Mac Certificates - Application Damaged And Cannot Be Opened
May 24, 2012I messed around with my certificates in the keychain, because I have troubles with it in xCode. The problem is, I accidentally deleted also certificates for the Mac App Store. Now every app from the Mac App Store says:
"[name]" is damaged and can't be opened.
Delete "[name]" and download it again from the App Store.
Which certificates, keys etc. Do I need and where can I get it? (I have a second Mac activated for the Mac App Store but no backup for this Mac.)
