Applications :: Firefox/Safari Not Works With GMail And YouTube?
During the past few hours I've tried to load gmail and youtube in FF and Safari multiple times, but every time I do I get the spinning wheel of death. The pages will load and whenever I try to click on something I will get the wheel. Yesterday I was on a myspace page and I received a message saying something about how the Adobe page scripts for that page were being unresponsive or something? I'm not sure exactly what it said... Anyways, is there any way I can get this resolved? It sounds like it has to do something with a plug-in or an update.

Applications :: Unable To Use Firefox
notice the studdery video and scrolling in firefox? I searched on google a while back and found a thread that said it was firefox saving the tabs every 5 seconds that caused the lag. So I set firefox to save them every 5mins or something and that worked for a while but now the problem has returned.

Applications :: Unable To Load Images On Firefox 3?
Firefox (3.0.7, latest version) for OSX has been a nightmare lately. I prefer it to Safari because of the extensions, but I'm thinking of ditching it. Some web pages seem to be fine, but most will only load about half of the images. For example, on Facebook I'll get about half of the profile pictures to load on my friends list, and the others will just display a broken image link icon. The same occurs with forums (people's avatars), and even with some major websites, where there will just be huge gaps in a page where the images are supposed to be. I've checked the auto load settings and I don't have any exceptions, so every site should be allowed to load images immediately without permissions.

Applications :: Unable To Use Safari/Firefox While Runing Flash Programs?
I have the New MacBook Pro 13inch with Snow Leopard. I have the latest Safari, Firefox, and Flash. Recently I have been noticing that while running flash programs on Safari my browser will freeze and then I have to force quit the application. Thinking this might just be a Safari problem, I downloaded Firefox but I am experiencing the same problems. I tried running Safari using 32-bit and Rosetta but still experiencing crashing.

MacBook :: Unable To Use Internet Applications Skype/Safari/Firefox?
I have a macbook 2.2GHz Core 2 Due with 4GB of ram... Skype is the app that keeps crashing the most, Safari and Firefox crash from time to time as well... and Mail.app crashes sometimes when Skype and Safari crash... I already perform a fresh installation of the OS and no luck. I also kept on doing "repair disk permissions" with Disk Utility but also no luck... The last time I performed a Tech Deluxe check and all test passed... I think the problem can be either disk issues or faulty memory... in the worst of the worst motherboard .

IWeb 09 :: Shifts YouTube Pictures And Videos
From time to time iWeb shifts pictures and embedded YouTube videos. That means they appear at an other position on the page than the does in iWeb. Especially, when I put more than one video on each page. Unfortunatley there is no way to bind it into to the text field (as e. g. in pages). Is there trick I can do to prevent. Except using a better webpage software. Information: iMac 24" Mac OS X (10.6.6) Mac

OS X :: Youtube Videos Volume Bar Doesn't Work With Firefox Sometimes?
i'm having this minor but annoying problem with Firefox. every now any then when I move my mouse over the volume button while I'm watching a Youtube video in order to get the volume bar to pop up, nothing happens. if i click repeatedly on the button and go crazy it will pop up, but it will not let me slide the volume bar up and down. i don't remember having this problem with Safari. it's sort of like the browser isn't recognizing my mouse cursor hovering over the volume area in order for it to trigger the bar to pop up, if that makes any sense.

OS X :: Unable To Use YouTube On IMac/MacBook/iPhone?
I've iMac 27-inch and iPhone 3G. On both devices when I'm trying to watch YouTube video there is very slow loading, but only in my house. Everything is wireless. I've got router Linksys WAG300N - maybe this is an issue? If yes how to solve it? iMac always stays home, but when I tried to watch some videos on Youtube in school everything was very was. Of course it is not because of my internet speed. I have 6/7megabitb/s, so download speed is 750-800 kilobytes/s.

Intel Mac :: Unable To View YouTube And CF Card Reader
In the past I complained about lthe above problem and someone in the forum was kind enough to recommend two fixes: (1) SMC reset and (2) PRAM reset and it worked because I was able to view YouTube and had audio. But the above is a recurring problem and I am experiencing the same again. I now notice that upon startup the upper right corner of my screen shows "Safe Boot" in red. Does this have anything to do with my problem? How can I eliminate this "safe boot" message once and for all, but more important, how can I fix this YouTube/audio/CF card reader problem once and for all? OS X :: Unable To Load Images On Firefox/Safari?
I've avoided asking this question for over a year but I just can't take it anymore. Ever since I got my first macbook pro(Tiger) in 2006, I've had a pretty poor web-surfing experience when it comes to pages with a large quantity of images. Whether it's in Firefox or Safari, it seems it takes forever to load jpegs, gifs, pngs, etc., much slower than in Windows. And more often than not, it'll often just stop trying to load some of the images and leave empty frames instead. An annoying side effect of these situations is that I won't be able to load other websites in separate tabs until I wait 2 or 3 minutes at least. It almost mimics what happens when you just plain lose your internet connection. My best example is www.fark.com. Sometimes posters will post large quantities of images, 100+. Heck, what am I saying, sometimes it's not even that much but Firefox and Safari will still choke trying to retrieve the pictures. I set aside the macbook for this very reason because I often open multiple tabs at once when I surf..and if one of those tabs just happen to be image-intensive, my whole surfing experience will grind to a halt until whatever process is happening times itself out. I THOUGHT the problem would be fixed with Leopard..but it hasn't. I've searched the forums but I haven't found anything useful, although I've caught small stories here and there of people having the same issue, but nothing widespread. The whole problem starts with image files...and sometimes it doesn't necessarily need large quantities to choke. Just a modest amount will do sometimes. Any ideas?? Is it my router? (WRT54G) My DSL connection? (Yahoo SBC) It happens on either wireless or with cable. My windows boxes don't have this problem. Not having images load is bad enough, but having your browser stall is just insufferable! (I'm also using a brand new Macbook Pro so this problem stems across two revisions)
