I downloaded the newest episode of the office, and it started fine, but at one point the video went a little "wacky" and the audio/video became unsynced. Does anyone know a solution to this, I have tried quitting itunes but that didn't work

I never noticed this on my last hp laptop but my new dell almost everything in itunes plays with the audio out of sync with the video. most noticeable on podcasts. my dell is not high end but it has duel core amd 64 4400 chips 2 gigs of ram. running xp. it has a built in nvidia geforce 6150l video card with a built in sound card. it has done this since I got it a month ago. it is not an issue playing dvd's in windows media player. just itunes. any clues?

View 11 Replies View RelatedSometimes I will notice the audio is out of sync on my iTunes store bought videos. Rebooting the computer helps until the next time. This really started to become a problem over the last few months. This is a 15" MBP, 2009 bought in March, 4GB ram. Storage is on a 1TB WD drive in a LaCie 2 big tripple enclosure with firewire. No extra software installed and the computer is only used for iTunes and internet. Has all updates.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm having this issue with imovie 09 where when I export the movie project, the audio and video is out of sync starting at this specific area. What's odd though is that it plays fine while I'm editing in imovie but when the movie is exported, the file is messed up. I tried exporting using Quicktime and exporting the movie normally. I also tried replacing the clip where the problem with the audio started but it's still the same. I'm really upset because I spent hours editing this project but.

I installed Window Vista using boot camp. I then also but the mac cd in to download the drivers for windows.
My Problem is that while trying to view a video on the internet, such as a video from youtube, after a few seconds my explorer (or firefox) will crash (yes i have tried both). Also My Itunes with start to sound bad when I do anything else on my computer other than just listen to music and sometimes itunes will just stop in the middle of a song but say its still playing. Plus when i am trying to listen to something online the sound will go in and out.
I recorded video with facetime camera, imported to imovie, audio and video are out of sync. Want them synced. How do i do this?

I looked everywhere and can't find some free software that does that. There are tons that have trial periods with lots of limitations (like it won't convert anything larger than a 5k size file) so I don't want those because I won't know if the thing works well unless I pay for it. I'm not opposed to paying for a converter IF I know it works awesome on a Mac.

After sync, I'm seeing on some albums the album artwork and full track listings but the audio won't play on my iPhone. However, the same tracks play fine using iTunes on the MBP. I have a couple of TV show episodes on my iPod and the Audio is out of sync. Sometimes by a 5 seconds then sometimes by 1. The audio is out of sync everywhere not just on my iPod. So if I watch it on my computer, iTunes, iPod it's allways out of sync. So my question is, is their a way to fix the audio without ruining the quality of the video.

With HD TV shows under my own custom iPad preset it encodes beautifully, but if it's simply SD the audio is off in both normal profile, universal and AppleTV. The file itself is fine as I've tested, but it never encodes the video properly.

Today, I had an mp4 video and I just dropped it into iTunes where it will play there just fine. However, it will not sync to my iPad. So, I went into the iTunes Advanced menu and had iTunes convert it for the iPad. Even that video will not sync to my iPad. I don't get it. I just converted it with Toast and now it will go on my iPad thru iTunes. I don't get why it doesn't work when iTunes converts it.

I've seen it many times around on internet, but it is driving me ABSOLUTELY MAD. After importing audio/video on iTunes (plus copy into iTunesLibrary), the file automatically starts playing. It is annoying me more and more, I can not seem to turn the function off. iTunes seems to be defaulted nowadays to start autoplay after importing music or video into iTunes~?

Recently purchased video content is reloading to my devices even though the same content is already on the device.
Can successfully remove the video, and that stops the reload during subsequent syncs. If the content is put back, the reloading starts again in subsequent syncs.
Not the worst problem, but a big time and data consumer, and very annoying. I have tried the following without success of stopping this behavior;
1.) Deleted the video in question from my library and downloaded it again from Apple.
2.) Downloaded/Reinstalled iTunes from Apple on my laptop.
3.) Device soft reset.
4.) Device factory reset and restored.
My current system is; OSX 10.9.3 and iTunes 11.2.2 running on MacBook Pro, while OS Version 7.1.1 resides on my iPhone 5S and iPad2.
Is there a way that I can use different speakers through airplay the same way as I use for music, but when watiching videos in the computer?
