After updating the last safari my "sent" sound won't work. Also my printer stopped working and my bank doesn't support that last update. I've been having all kinds of issues since I went to lion.

HOWEVER, 9 times out of ten, if I click "log in" to the home page site, Mackeeper pops up.
I am running OS X Yosemite. Had my 15" MacBook Pro since it was new......2009.
Also, my sound does not always work. Through the lap top built in speakers, sometimes through a head set and sometimes through my bluetooth.
Sometimes videos will not play.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a Mac Pro 1,1 with a flashed ATI Radeon HD 4870 XFX. Had no problems with it ever.
Installed Mac OS X 10.6.3 software update and now the second monitor says No Input detected. Switched second monitor to first monitor and it worked fine, but the second DVI port no longer works.
Need to get this figured ASAP as I have a lot of work to do today... very unhappy with this update. Anyone else having a similar issue or have any thoughts on what to try? I've done everything I can think of.
Do I need to flash it again? Seems silly to have to flash it every time you update the OS. The video card is still recognized in System Profiler. HD 4870 with 1GB GDDDR5 VRAM.
I upgraded to Leopard. Now the Mac Mail program displays the mailboxes, but nothing is in them. Also, Mail refuses to quit.
View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter updating my new iMac to 10.7.4. My internet sharing suddenly doesn't work any more. I connect my ipad and iphone via the wifi. It will drop out after a very short time, about 10 seconds of Facetime, so I turn off the wifi, then the internet sharing then reboot everything but nothing seems to work. It worked perfectly in 10.7.3 but now I can't use the internet on my ipad.

A few days ago I upgraded my MacBook system to 10.6.8 and afterwards when restarting the computer the screen became blue. Nothing happened and I tried to re-restart it. After this almost no applications are working including VLC-player, appstore, Mail, systemupdate, iTunes, skype etc. Games like the sims 3 are not working either despite the fact that I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall these games and programmes.

I was not having any problems until I updated my Safari to the latest version, 5.1.4. Now I can't get into any of my MS Office applications or my HP Director. I get a message saying "____ quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. This report will be sent to Apple automatically". But when I select 'Reopen' it keeps on returnng to that page which is filled with details that don't mean anything to me - lots of numbers and the repeated use of the word 'crash'. All I can do is select 'OK' which closes that box but doesn't open the apps.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have been using the 'Reading List' as a default Bookmark list as I find it more accessible than the old Bookmark system in Safari. After recently updating Safari my reading list has developed a bug. Firstly my entire list had disappeared (most annoying and inconvenient as I began rely on the list for my continuing study of important references in relation to my business) but I strangely I do get a multiple entry of my last used item. In fact the last time I opened up the list I had about ten duplications of the same bookmark. A recent example is below. My other references (which incidentally, courtesy of iCloud appear on my iPhone bookmarks) have disappeared.

Do I need to change something in preferences or setting somewhere??

Anyone able to get the sound driver to work. And where do you download the sound drives? VMware tools does not seem to include it.
