IMac :: How To Enlarge Screen Image Size

I am a new mac user. I am trying to figure out how to enlarge the screen image so it fills the entire screen.I am aware that I can hold control and scroll with the mouse but that moves the toolbar out of view.I also have found a way(unintentionally) that it minimizes to the lower left side of the screen and when I enlarge it it stays on the left side of the screen.

IWeb 09 :: Enlarge And Reduce Text Size With Command Keys
Whenever I use the "Command +" or "Command -" keystrokes, my webpage gets bigger or smaller, but not the text inside the text boxes. What I've done: I pasted the code written by Wyodor into an HTML Snippet. I went into Insert > HTML Snippet, and then pasted the code into the blackish frame > Apply. Then published changes to my site.

The code I entered was:

IDVD (iLife 09/11) :: DVD Quality And Screen Image Size Options
I export an iPhoto slide show to a QuickTime movie (.mov), the result is a beautiful, high quality full screen movie, when played on my iMac. When I use that same slide show in iDVD, and burn a DVD, the quality of the slide show is not as sharp and it is not full screen. Are there some settings I can use to correct this? Is there a later version of iDVD that would correct this? Or is there some non-Apple software that will do a better job?

MacBook Pro :: 13" Screen Size Too Small For Video AND Image Editing?
screen resolution of the MBP 13" is too small to do video/image editing with tools like the iLife suite, Final Cut Express, Photoshop..? And for using developers' tools like XCode? I would use it in my freetime and not for work.. It would be my first MBP and I'm using a 15" laptop with 1680x1050 resolution, so I would loose a lot of pixels, but I don't want to spend so much on a 15"/17" MBP since I do not think they've yet entered the next level Steve Jobs was talking about.. So I would buy a 13" just because I'd really like to jump in the Mac world , and maybe I'll sell it next year when (I hope) there will be much more innovation (maybe new design

IWeb 09 :: Finding Recommended Image Size In Pixels And File Size For Web?
I am new to web design and wanted to create a photo gallery, using photoshop to optimize the images.

Two questions:

1. The majority of my images are in landscape format and I wanted to know what the best image size in pixels are for web design? I have seen several different sites where the images occupy the fullscreen; however, the images are not very 'crisp' in resolution. Is there a limit to how wide an image should be in the horizontal dimension while maintaining a very clean and sharp image?

2. When using photoshop to optimize the images for web 'save to web', what is the recommended file size to save them as? I have read somewhere it ranges anywhere from 40k - 70k?

IMac Intel :: Screen Size Reset - Screen Is Too Large
My 12 month old banged the keyboard in my imac for about 20 seconds. The result: it looks like the computer was reset for a screen size LARGER than the imac screen size.

I now need to use my mouse to see the full screen, e.g., to see the time display in the upper right hand corner, I need to take the mouse there so that the screen moves to the upper RH corner. To see the dashboard (which I keep in the bottom), I need to take the mouse and take it down in the screen, so that it shifts down.

I made sure the display resolution is 1600x1000, but it had no effect on my problem.

IMac Intel :: Screen Corner Image Turns Blurred?
My son has a large-screen, 2-years-old imac (tech details below) whose screen just started to show a very striking blur in the low-right corner. What happens is, in a given region around the corner, the image looks like if the LCD was detached from the screen glass. (this is purely a personal interpretation) The region size changes with time, and there are even moments when everything seems to re-adhere back and the blur disappears.

Whe the screen is switched off, the corresponding area is very visible, in lighter gray as opposed to the remaining black background. FWIW, we took some photos with the screen off that you can find at [URL] The 'blur' area is the clear surface (bottom right)...........................

IWeb 09 :: Keep An Image Constrained In One Size And Not Become Enlarged?

I had thought I edited the photos to keep them one size- 300 x 300 px. After I added them to a web page on iweb, I used the site inspector, and tried to put the information and constrain the size .
I could only adjust the width, as the height was in grey, and unable to be adjusted. The box for constrain proportions was also in grey, and was unable to pick that.
I tried using different images, but was unable to adjust this.

OS X :: Trying To Send A Photo Without Loss Of Image Size?
(I'm not sure if this is the correct Forum page, if not then I apologise - I'm new to MacRumors today)

I have a new 27" desktop Mac with the latest software.

I'm trying to send a photo by email without any loss of image size or resolution.

I've tried three ways of doing this:-

- from within the IPHOTO page and clicking on email at bottom
- from within an email in MAIL and clicking on 'Attach' paperclip
- by dragging a photo from IPHOTOS into the mail message

No matter what I do the 2.0 MB photo is automatically reduced to 23 KB even though I click on 'Actual Size (Full Quality)'

There has to be something I'm doing wrong.

Final Cut Pro :: Best Size JPEG Image To Import To HD Project?
I think I'm having more "trouble" understanding this than I should! I need to buy about 50 jpg images from iStockphoto to include in a Final Cut Pro project. We shoot with an HVX200 in HD 720 - and the timeline is set up as such. When I buy the images, the larger they are the more they cost - naturally! I don't want to waste money buying jpg's that are larger and 'better' quality - if I can't see the difference on an HD monitor, or say typical consumer 48 inch HD television. So what's the "best" size I should be buying? Medium size is about 1698x1131 px. Since my image size of HD is 1260x720 - isn't this medium size sufficient? Or would I see better quality in the final output if I bought the large size which is 3072x2048 px? It costs a few dollars more - but if I don't see the difference, why spend the money? Am I thinking correctly thinking with anything bigger than 1260x720 - I won't see the difference, so why get it any bigger?
