Jun 13, 2010I'm having a problem sending pictures from my Samsung U800 to my iMac using the bluetooth connection.
I've gone through all the set up adding my phone and it has said that it is connected successfully and has a list of the folders on my phone but when I open the folders there is nothing in them.
Alternatively when I try to send the pictures from my phone to the iMac it instantly says 'Sending Failed'.

Mar 24, 2012I needed to delete 2 pictures from ICloud, with 5.1 and higher this should have been as simple as right clicking and choosing deleteIt did not work, followed directions for resetting ICloud, it said existing pictures already saved on Imac would not be deleted, after reset just send pictures from your device back to Photo Stream, it deleted all pictures that I had in IPhoto that I had pushed to Photo Stream icloud, how can this happen and how do I get my pictures back.

Mar 31, 2012Is there any way to move the existing pics on my iPhone to, my NEW iMac? I HAD a PC which, crapped out (hard disk failure). My problem is, if I let iTunes, sync, it will erase my pictures for which, there is NO backup. If I lose the pics on my iPhone 4, they are gone forever. Emailing them is not an option, there are 2000 of them.

Jun 4, 2014Messages on my iMac won´t show Pictures that someone send to me, while my MacBook will show them perfectly. The Same goes for Videos.
While the MacBook and my iDevices show the Pictures inline my iMac only show the Filename next to the Spyglass-Icon.
Is there a way to fix this without loosing my recieved messages?

Dec 8, 2014I used a new USB flash drive this morning to transfer my pictures to. It showed it was transferring them then the screen went blue and nothing responded. I shut down the computer and unplugged everything but now when I turn the computer back on it shows my home screen and I can see the mouse icon moving around but I am unable to 'click" on any of my programs and get a response.

Jun 22, 2014Messages keeps switching the conversation view from "Show Names and Pictures" to just "Show Pictures". This is in the menu under: View > Messages > Show Names and Pictures. I have to change it multiple times a day, including every time I open the app from a closed state.
This is very confusing in group iMessage conversations where all the iMessages are coming from the same grey silhouette icon. The issue is only happening on my Mac mini. It's not happening on my MacBook Air. Both are running Mavericks 10.9.3...So I keep changing the setting here, but it somehow just switches back to Show Pictures only:

Now my pictures folders are still showing up in the pictures folder along with iphoto library. Are these picture files duplicated? I can get to edit, and it will let me change titles, descriptions, etc, but how do I add or change pictures? I use this homepage to show pics of my vacation rental, and I want to add some new pictures, and change some other ones. This should be easier. I have the pictures on my desktop, and on my idisk. I do not have iweb. I am running 10.4.11 Tiger. Thank you in advance for your help. If I can't easily do this, it may convince me to just not renew .mac. I sometimes wonder why I even still pay for it.

However, I just bought a HP C7280 and all my pictures seem to come out very low on the magenta/red side. Rather than having to either recalibrate my monitor and edit all the thousands of pictures I have to warm them up, is there any way that I can just calibrate the printer to print a bit 'redder'?

Mar 3, 2009basically im using the Safari 4 Beta, and half the time when im on Facebook or another site where lots of pictures have load quickly (flickr etc) instead of loading, half the pictures just show a blue square with a white question mark inside where they should be, and after refreshing the page about 50 times sometimes they show, sometimes they dont.
Does anyone else have this issue? Its happening with flash based images as well, which leads me to believe its a blanket issue with Safari. I've tried all the ususal stuff even reinstalling OS X. Its quite annoying because i code in AJAX a lot and i'd like to test my work without getting blue squares where photos should be
