Is it possible for the signature in mail to show up on every e-mail without having to ask for the number signature if I only have one signature asigned?

View 2 Replies View RelatedSo my late 2009 iMac doesn't like headphones. When I have no headphones plugged in, I get the sound fine, and the output shows as internal speakers. But when I plug in headphones, the output shows as Digital Output. ***!!? The red light used to be there but only when the problem started, now it's gone. I've tried toothpick, Q Tip, everything. I think it's a hardware issue cause it does it on Snow Leopard, Mavericks, and even Yosemite. Since it's an '09 model my warranty is gone.

I'm trying to turn on the excel functionality where I can see shortcuts when I hover over a button e.g. the bold button i would expect to see something like this "bold cmd+B". I have tried searching communities but I could find the answer. I found the answer for windows but not for mac. Below you can see a screen print to illustrate the issue. Excel only shows "bold" when I hover over the bold button and not "bold cmd+b". Im using excel 2011.

I'm thinking that the data got transferred but not cataloged. Finder shows about 400 gigs of my hard drive being used, but the files it shows don't come anywhere close to 400 gigs. Odd stufff, I have a 500 gig Lacie ext HD that my user uses on her Vista machine...
I am setting up a replacement for the Vi$ta machine, which is a 24 inch imac.
I plugged in the ext HD and nothing happened after I powered on the ext HD.
I checked disk utility and it showed up but as a 2TB size ext HD...
I unplugged the Lacie and plugged it back in and all the info showed up correctly.
But ALL the buttons under "First Aid" are greyed out so I cant verify permissions, disk, or repair disk or permissions.

I am working in an office that has numerous old email accounts on the computer from past temp employees that we keep so that I can reference their communications. Since updating to Mavericks, when I add or delete accounts from Mail, the changes are restored when I restart mail or reboot the computer. How do I permenently delete or add a new account. I have done this serveral times on other computers, but this one isn't responding as it should. It was running Snow Leopard before the upgrade.

It is running Mavericks OS with Outlook 2011 v14. The issue is we can put different email addresses in but the one we want to use will not work.
-For example: We put put in design@wowaccess.com and it works. We can put in email@wowaccess.com and it works. send receive no problem.
-We change it to sarah@wowaccess.com and it says it sent but never gets delivered. She can receive just fine. EXACT same settings and same server for all the emails. Also tried sarah.a@wowaccess.com and same issue
-We have deleted all of the email settings and started over / no luck
-We have compared outlook to another identical machine /no differences we can find
-We put sarah@wowaccess.com on 2 different windows machines at our office using outlook and it works fine so I do not see how it can be server related.

I'm using OS 10.4.11. When I email PDFs, they are automatically converted to JPGs unless I create an "archive" of them, in which case lots of people can't open them, including Mac and PC users. As a sometime graphic artist, this is a real concern. On my old iMac using OS 9, I never had this problem.

My mail program has stopped receiving mail from the server, Cincinnati Bell, zoomtown. I have had numerous weird sent items that come back as undeliverable to people not in my contacts. When i try to log in it tells me that my password is incorrect. I tried to check on webmail and CB is saying they have locked my account for suspicous activity and i should remove the " virus" and they will reopen my account. I thought that macs did not get viruses.
