View 1 Replies View RelatedWhenever I update anything on my shared calendar, all those who subscribe to it get an email/notification about what I've changed or added. Same if someone who I'm subscribed to updates anything on their calendar, I get an inbox full of emails telling me they have done so. Am I able to stop sending these update emails/notifications? And/or is there a setting to stop receiving these update emails/notifications?

Until recently, when I downloaded an app update on my iPhone, it would automatically - without syncing - remove that same app update on iTunes and vice versa. Now it does this only when I download the update to my iTunes and then sync using USB. When I do a wired sync. I can't figure out how to make it do it again automatically.

I have a large music library (over 500GB) and from what I've read it is not clear whether there is any way to use the iCloud match service for music libraries that large. The limit seems to be 50GB. Is there a way to use iCloud Match for really large libraries?

I'm running the most current version of iTunes with iTunes Match turned on with my main library on my MacBook Air. About 2 months ago, I decided that since all of my music was in the cloud, I no longer needed to use that space on my MBA (I know, I know...). So fast forward and every time I try and play music in iTunes on my MBA, I get the charming "X song could not be found. WOuld you like iTunes to try and locate it." There is no option to play the music from iCloud on my mac nor is there an option to download the song from the iCloud onto my mac. I have turned on the "iCloud" status column and have almost 5000 songs that are "matched" or "uploaded." Everything I've read leads me to believe that, similar to my iPhone, I should be seeing a cloud with a download arrow in it next to all of those songs. I can see all of my songs and download them just fine to my iphone and ipad. Thoughts? THe goal here is to download everything I have in iTunes Match to my mac, BACK UP those files BEFORE I delete them this time, then re-delete a portion of the ones I don't listen to that often.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the latest version of iTunes, 11.4, and my iCloud music has disappeared from my library. Usually I just stream my cloud songs without downloading them, but the other day when I opened my laptop they were gone. My phone still has all my iCloud songs but my Mac doesn't, also I have "Check for Available Downloads" checked, but it didn't work.Â

I have one apple ID and one Icloud account per the apple support pages [URL]. I also have match because that is the only way I can get my songs loaded from my cd's on the cloud. My two computer which are up to date with Snow leopard match each other. My IPad and IPhone both have songs that are not on my computers. I only download songs from my ipad and main computer. I consider myself a self proclaim computer geek and am a recording engineer. Any solution to keeping the content from the same account the same.

Does anyone know how to upload music to iCloud from external hard drive?
Info:MacBookPro, Mac OSX (10.2.x)
This has happened twice to me. Each time I've gone from an iPhone to a different OS phone, either ALL my music disappears from my MacBook or (as most recently) a portion has deleted..... And if I try to rebuy the songs, it says I already have them? but they aren't there....I respect iPhones, but I enjoy the phone I have now and don't plan on going back to an iPhone any time soon.Â
