View 1 RepliesWhy aren't people receiving my iCloud Calendar invites? This is a problem with all my devices. This problem has been going on for weeks. I switched from MobileMe months ago and never had any problems until a few weeks ago. I kept thinking it would resolve itself, but it hasn't.

We have a Lion server set up with iCal Server running.
I created users and applied email addresses, all of the necessary setup. On our Lion client machines sending invites doesn't seem to work. Some of the names have a grey circle crossed out by the name. Names that don't still don't receive the invite.

I am receiving emails every time my wife makes a change to her calendar which I am subscibed to. This did not happen before we recently upgraded our phone software, maybe thats involved, maybe not. I have checked and it appeears all of the boxes are unchecked that say "send email when there's a change". She is making the changes on her Macbook Pro.

Whenever I update anything on my shared calendar, all those who subscribe to it get an email/notification about what I've changed or added. Same if someone who I'm subscribed to updates anything on their calendar, I get an inbox full of emails telling me they have done so.Am I able to stop sending these update emails/notifications? And/or is there a setting to stop receiving these update emails/notifications?

I have my four main colleagues' google calendars (and my own google calendar) in my Calendar app in OSX Mavericks. Whenever anyone sends all four of us an invite to a meeting, I get four badge counts and alerts for the four calendar accounts that I have set up to view. Is there a way to stop this and only get alerts for a primary google calendar in the mac calendar app?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm sending calendar invites from iOS (MacBook Pro, iPhone 5, iPad Air) to a gmail recipient (also with latest MacBook Pro, iPhone 5, and iPad Air), and he's not receiving a link to add to their iOS calendar. He just receives an email. Am I configured wrong, or is he? When he had an exchange calendar, invites went through smoothly.

I use Thunderbird for e-mail and it's setup as the default mail client. Recently, as in the past month maybe, when sending calendar invites, Mail opens. I don't want that to happen. Why doesn't calendar use the defined, default mail app to send invites ? I'm 99% sure it used to do this too.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a mini and 5 other devices on the same apple ID. All of my existing photos made it to the photo stream when I originally signed up for icloud. Now, when we upload new photos from our camera onto our mini, they won't go to the cloud. I can't find the icloud icon anywhere on my mini anymore.

When I add a date or event on my computer I enter it in as an all day event. When it syncs to my iPhone it shows as a 2 days event. When I attempt to change it back to a one day event it deletes my event from the computer.

I moved from MobileMe to iCloud using the automated wizard. Since then, I've been unable to send or receive emails using Apple Mail.
I've sent emails to my .me account from Gmail 12 hours ago but it hasn't arrived. Sending emails from my .me account results in the following error message "The server returned the error: The server “p99-imap.mail.me.com” refused to allow a connection on port 143."

Has anyone a problem with receiving e-mails? Sending e-mail works but receiving not.
View 12 Replies View RelatedSomehow, iCloud is receiving e-mail sent to another account, a non iCloud/non-mac.com, and bringing these e-mails into my mac.com inbox. Thus, all of the duplicate e-mails pile up in my Mac account making it difficult to find mail intended for the mac.com account. How is this happening? I've checked the settings in Preferences but nowhere do I see the accounts combined.

Not sure why this is happening, but I'm not getting all emails on iPhones and iPads. I've had several emails addressed to my me.com address that show up on my iMac and MacBook, but never show up on our iPhones or iPads. This applies only to my me.com stuff. Even an iTunes marketing email doesn't show up on my iPhone.
I just transitioned to iCould last week and that's when it started. All devices were converted to iCloud and the iMac and MacBook are set up as IMAP accounts.
