I want to delete some apps that have been previously downloaded, and apparently saved on iCloud. I'm able to "hide" them, but i want to just delete them completely. Is there a way to do this???

I'm looking for a way to keep distraction to a minimum when working. I'd like to have an app (or a setting) that enables me to automatically hide any apps that I switch out of. Are there any apps or hidden settings within OS X out there that would solve this issue for me? I know about Spirited Away, but it doesn't work for me and hasn't been updated in a while.

When in Itunes, I can't delete my apps. I only see them how they are organized on my Iphone "screen" but when i click on the, they will highlight but I have nbo option for deleting them.

How can I delete Apps and iBooks from iTunes so that do not constantly re-sync with iPad or iPhone even though I specifically un-check them NOT to sync? I have to go thru this every time! I don't even want them any longer on iTunes (or iPad) but I can't find a way to remove them from iTunes! If updates are available for the other 30, iTunes downloads them even though I am not sync'ing them to my iPhone. Until recently, when I downloaded an app update on my iPhone, it would automatically - without syncing - remove that same app update on iTunes and vice versa. Now it does this only when I download the update to my iTunes and then sync using USB. When I do a wired sync. I can't figure out how to make it do it again automatically.

I am running Mountain Lion 10.8.5 on a MacBook Air. I have email messages saved to Mailboxes in Mail on my hard drive, and these messages are also backed up in Time Machine. How do I delete certain of these backed-up messages? If the files were accessible in the Finder, I know how to use the action menu (gear icon) to delete all backups of the chosen file. I have a question about photostream. Is it true that ALL photos in my photo stream are permanently saved in iPhoto (even without me moving into events which i would probably do twice a month)? If the event i can't move photo's from the photostream in iphoto to events, are they ALWAYS saved on my mac drive even there there is a 1000/30 day limit in photostream?

On my iMac I created a PDF of a PowerPoint deck (File>Print>PDF) and Saved it to Documents on my iMac. I found that the PDF was saved to iCloud.
But I could not find iCloud using Finder on my iMac. I had to go to TextEdit where I have a choice of iCloud or On My Mac in the file listing. Nothing like this on Finder on my iMac. I had to go to TextEdit to delete this pdf in iCloud.
This happened 2x to the same PowerPoint file - saving to iCloud. How do I use Finder to go to files in iCloud?I created a test Excel file in the same fashion and it saved to my Documents folder on my Mac.

How do I change where photos are saved from photo stream? Right now when they are just in iphoto I cant access them when i go to upload a photo to email/blog/fb.
