Every time I write an email using iCloud, (I'm still using the SL, OS) the default font is Helvetica, which I really don't like. I would like to be able to change the Helvetica font to another font, but I can't find a way to change it.

I'm running Mac OS X 10.5.8 and I'm having problems with file permissions. When I save a file, the file is readable and writable by the owner, and read only to all others (which I know is normal), but I would like my files to have read and write access to all upon saving them. Is there any way to accomplish this without simply changing the permissions of all the parent directories?

How can I change the default size font that is shown when I try to read an email in Outlook 2007? I know you can hold shift+mouse scroll button, but that is not the answer since it does not save the size you select. I want it to be saved a certain size and always open that size by default.

Unfortunately, one of the fonts I added replaced the default Thai font (used to be Ayuthaya) for MS Office and the Yahoo email compose letter field. Furthermore, Ayuthaya no longer appears on the drop down for MS Office, even though it's in Font Book.

Went to "Manage Apple ID" and changed e-mail and password last night. Received confirming e-mails and sent back verification. Today when I started up my Mac and iPhone, got messages telling me I'm not connected to iCloud, messaging is "offline", in short, neither the new or old e-mails or passwords are being recognized. When I originally set up iCloud, I was using Google mail. I have now migrated my calendar and email to iCloud and have migrated all third party accounts to use my icloud email address for mailshots, notifications etc. All that seems to be remaining is Apple's own discussion pages. It seems I cannot get notifications sent to anything other than my original gmail account, is there any way to change that? I have a forward on gmail so it's not a massive problem, but I would prefer to take gmail out of the equation completely now.
It still seems very strange to me that an Apple user's primary email address cannot be an Apple owned domain (as per their list of rules in the AppleID section). I have my icloud address as an alternate email address so at least it does allow me to log in to icloud.com etc., using that icloud address.
