Jul 4, 2012I made the iCloud transition before June 30 with an unsupported platform (SnowLeopard) as Mountain Lion was not yet available for download (and still isn't). I followed the instructions for the migration provided by Apple, and while I can send and receive email, my contacts are GONE. They were acquired over many years, and if they arenow irretrievable, I would lose all faith in Apple. Where are they and how can I retrieve them into my iCloud contact list?

Aug 22, 2008my iTunes store is registered under an old email address and I wanted to change this address to my MobileMe address.iTunes would not let me change the address to an existing MobileMe account, but I was successful in creating my .me account seperately. Ok.
Now my problem/question: I no longer wish to use my old @rogers account and only want to use my @me. iTunes will not recognize my previous purchases made from the @rogers when logged in using my new @me. Fair enough... so now I would like to transfer all my purchases from the old account to my new MobileMe.
Can this be done?? I certainly am unable to do this from my side.

Is there any way to either sync google to iCloud directly or to sync iCloud to the 'on my mac' account? I want to remove the duplicates and and the need to update accounts separately?

Jun 11, 2012I've been paying for my Mobile Me account and use My Gallery to store movies for business, but now I need to 'move' everything to my iCloud. I have several Apple devices: my Mac [OS 10.7.4], my iPhone and my iPad. All seem to have iCloud on them, but I can't access my movies in iCloud. However, I can still see them in My Gallery, which I presume will 'go away' soon. So I need a place to put them to be able to link customers to them. It takes forever to put one into my 'dropbox' app. I thought they would automatically transition to iCloud? But they don't seem to be doing that?

Mar 16, 2012I have migrated my Mobileme data to iCloud because my iMac supports Lion. However, my wife's iMac, running Snow Leopard cannot be upgraded (if that's the right word) to Lion so cannot migrate. She currently has a .mac email only ID through Mobileme which is functioning OK but my question is, will she still be able to use it when Apple switches off Mobileme?

I've had MobileMe and just got rid of it, essentially transferring it over to iCloud. So I now have two iCloud accounts, one set up for my personal e-mail, one with my old MobileMe stuff including my Calendar, Contacts, and Me.com E-mail (which I do use sometimes). What to do? I would like to change this (using some other appleid to separate these accounts from mobileme) so that I don't need to renew my mobileme subscription. From Apple websites, I cannot do this, AppleID cannot be changed if it is a mobileme id.

Jul 14, 2008I assumed that push would allow my contacts to be updated anywhere to my phone and all my systems. However, whenever I activate push for contacts on my iPhone it simply clears all of the contacts in my address book which have been put there from iTunes. I have to switch it off and then re-sync with iTunes to get them back.
