Purchased in 7/2011, just now got rosetta apps migrated. after waiting 8 hours for the download, the app gave an error and is no longer in my purchases list. I have a receipt. What do I do now?
View 2 RepliesWhen I try to download Lion, the download sign in window appears and is populated with someone else's Apple ID. If I change the ID to mine and use my password I get 2 messages: "We could not complete your request. There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (4)" Click OK and 2nd message: "Unknown Error" iTunes does not exhibit this, and normal sign in to App Store shows correct ID, only the Download Authentication does this. I have been able to update other Apps just fine, this requires a purchase, and is the only difference.

How do you get back a purchase once is removed from the list (by clicking on the X)? I have done so for FCX and I am a bit worried that I will have to pay again in case I wanted to install on a new machine.And in fact to prove the isse I have done so do for a couple of (paid) games which I did remove from my machine.Instead of a download I get the full price....but I paid.

I bought an SD version of a movie in iTunes. I own a Blu-Ray of the same movie. I then ripped the Blu-Ray to a 720p version. I used Subler to mark it as HD, and I made all the tags the same as the SD version. But, when I add it to itunes, the two don't combine into one listing in the movies section. Is there something special I need to do to make this happen?

I'm trying to add a new MAC address to the access list of a AirPort Extreme Base Station.
For whatever reason, it won't accept it. When I finish entering the address, the add button is grayed out. If I try other valid addresses, it works fine. For some reason, something about this address won't allow me to add it.
In order for the upgrade to Lion to work, am I reading correctly that I must purchase snow leopard first?

I'm planning my upgrade to Lion. I need the non-Web Services Edition of Office for Mac 2008 so that I can connect to my employer's MS Exchange Server 2003 via Entourage 2008. I can only find the Web Services Edition on Microsoft's website- but that won't work for me.
