Is there a way to temporarily delete/disable a keychain to see if it is the culprit of a problem in Yosemite?

Every time I try to delete my wifi certificate in Keychain Access, it continually crashes. Tried it in safe mode, still crashes. I cannot get my Airport extreme 5th gen to pass along an IP address to my Mac even though mac is connected to AE (seen via Network Utility). Thought that deleting keychain password would work. I like to have the application dock auto hide on my mac book pro, but I also have a couple applications that require me to click near the bottom of the window. Is it possible to temporarily disable the dock from appearing while I move the mouse near the bottom of the screen, perhaps like it's possible to disable the magnification with one of the modifier buttons?

I Have a Question about iCal & what would be the best way to set up a calender that displays work days but also shows "Holiday" time in the same calender At the present time it has the work times set to repeat weekly but the main issue I have is when I put the "Holiday" time in I don't want the work events popping up every day on the break. I know there isn't much I can do with it but I will like to hear your thoughts.

For our users Keychain is a nightmare - especially because they do not remember the first password - as the network enforces them to change it every 90 days. With this the keychain pop keeps coming up constantly and is affecting the users working. So I would like to know how to stop keychain or to disable it?

Does anyone know of a way to force-disable the ability for Keychain to save/store the passwords for specific services? For example, when a user launches a FileMaker database, they're propted (via a Finder-style popup window) to enter their username/password for that database. And there's the checkbox option to "Remember this password in my keychain". The same thing happens when mounting Share Points via AFP on one of my Xserves — the user is prompted for their login credentials and given the option to remember the login info in their keychain.
It's our company's policy that users DO NOT use keychain to store passwords for these to services, but thus far, aside from physically checking the individual user accounts on the various machines (which is pretty much impossible), there's no way to enforce this policy. So, I'm hoping to find a way to disable the ability for passwords for these services to be stored in the user's keychain.

Recently had a problem after loading yosemite on our 2009 Mac mini, it won't remember passwords or get email, we've started seeing error messages such as " keychain login cannot be found to store". I tried to do a keychain repair and it fails saying "no such file or directory". Deleted the keychain and created a new one and i get the same errors.

Our internet provider just changed their email system from the Google partner program to something else. I made new accounts using the info that they provided and everything works well. It's just that my login information for the email account didn't automatically get entered into Keychain Access and I was wondering why. I have OS X 10.10 yosemite .

I have just bought the new Mac Mini,but when the screen comes up it has a football icon in the middle of the screen below that it says type in password (To get to your Desktop}
I hadn`t a clue what the password was so Looked in my book at all the passwords.
I tried them one by one then I struck lucky I typed in this password which I new that it wouldn`t work but to my surprise it worked.
how I can to the desktop without these passwords. In system preferences you can change it,but it says then you will have to remember two passwords.

I found that he installed an access in Keychain to my Time Capsule showing its password when he replaced my HD. When I try to delete it I am denied on my password. When I try to create a new Keychain my password is denied, so I cannot create a new Keychain and delete the old one— if that would work in this situation. I have some other issues with this dealer, an old one predating the Apple Stores. I don't like to go back to him to find out how I can get him out of my computer.

Since installing Yosemite 10.10.1, every time I turn on my MacBook Pro I have to Select User and then login with my password. I don't want this, since I'm the only user and it wastes time. This didn't used to happen before installing Yosemite. I can't find the button in Security and Privacy that turns this off!

I'm sure this is a very basic question, but having just made the Mac switch a week ago...I am lost. when I did a forum search, I found out how to access keychains, but I'm not sure if I found something particular to my question- please forgive me if I overlooked something.
I was downloading microsoft software last night and all of a sudden I began getting these little pop-ups that say "A keychain cannot be found for safari" with the option to cancel or reset to default.
how can I fix this so it doesn't happen?

I forgot my admin password on my iMac recently and so i used the reboot with OS X snow leopard install disc to reset the keychain, but now on my login screen, it used to be just my account name, there is one called "Other" so i went into accounts in system preferences and tried to delete it but it isnt there?is really annoying me p.s. the "other account" isnt actually an account it says "Other" and when you click on it asks for your username and password...so i type in the admin accounts name and password (admin account is the only one on this computer), and it just opens up my admin account.

Safari keeps giving me popup windows saying a keychain can't be found. It's only just started doing this but it's really annoying. Could it have anything to do with the fact I installed a new flash player? That's the only difference I can think of.Also on another computer it keeps asking for a password to access the keychain. It only does this on one user account though. Any assistance is gladly accepted!

I've never used OSX before about a week ago, but I am picking up on it well (I've used GNU/Linux for almost ten years so I know my way around an operating system). But I don't really think keychain access is working as it should...It's hard to explain. I mean, the way I understand it, shouldn't it be saving the passwords I type into Safari and auto-filling them? Because it only auto-fills some passwords. Paypal autofills, but my bank's website doesn't, and even this forum doesn't autofill. I have to type in my password every time I visit.
Is this working as intended? Is there a way I can get Safari or Keychain to fill in all passwords for me automatically? This is leopard on an iMac G5 iSight model. I did a fresh install like a week ago. Sorry if my question is vague but that's the best I can do with the amount I understand.
