OS X Yosemite :: Mac Mini Keeps Waking Up All Of A Sudden

Since a few days ago, I've noticed my late-2012 Mac Mini would wake up almost immediately after it goes to sleep.  This is the same whether I let the Mac idle to the present sleep time, or if I manually tell the computer to sleep via the Apple menu.  In both cases, the Mac would power back up immediately after it went to sleep. 

I've pretty much ruled out any external devices or drives, and have confirmed that if I disable "Wake for network access" then the problem goes away.  However, unchecking that feature won't work because I have Teamviewer and Screen Sharing running and I need to be able to wake it on demand for remote access. 

I pulled up the power management log and found that everything was working fine until all of a sudden on Dec. 1, I started getting these errors:
