I am from Canada and for some reason over the past couple days I've been experiencing more and more trouble with the weather widget. Can any of you test or confirm this.

I have 4 weather widgets (the standard one that came with OS X). And after a restart, some of them have gone up a bit, or down. So as you can imagine with 4 of them, it can get unorganized if I don't move them back to their original positions.
I haven't seen the sun all day. Not only that, but I can hear thunder, see lightning and judging by the very dark shade of the clouds around my house, I can pretty much say it's damn sure about to start pouring. What I'm getting at is that this widget has shown nothing but sunshine all day and all night tonight. The temperatures seem to be close, but that's about it. Just curious if anyone else noticed any inaccuracy with this Accuweather widget.
My weather widget currently says that it's raining. I'm sitting right here, looking out my window, and the sun is shining brightly. The Weather Channel says that it's sunny, Yahoo says it's sunny, but AccuWeather.com says it's raining. Can I change it to use another source?
I have been hearing that Apple has switched from using AccuWeather to Weather.com (The Weather Channel) for the weather Dashboard widget in Snow Leopard. Is this true? Anyone with the WWDC build or the newer build. The fact that my iPod touch (weather.com / yahoo) weather app and OS X dashboard (AccuWeather) never match is kind of annoying.
Can you recommend a weather app for SL that sits in the menubar? I did a search on macupdate and basically came up with many that were developed (and haven't been touched since) 2-3 years ago. Any that you can recommend that work well with SL and don't use a huge amount of system resources?
I just noticed that when I change the location for the weather app the F/C overlaps the text box. It has never done this before. What could be wrong with my macbook pro? here is a screenshot of it. http://i248.photobucket.com/albums/g...1at13012PM.png
I know there are some other threads on this, but none seem to have a definitive answer. So this issue happened on my previous MacBook Pro with Leopard and then again with Snow Leopard. Now, it's happening again on my brand new 27" iMac. Every time I restart and bring up the dashboard, my weather widget loads and then jumps down a quarter of an inch or so on the screen. How can I stop this from happening and why hasn't Apple fixed this after 2 years?
I got my MBP only a couple of days ago , but noticed that my Calendar and Accuweather widgets seem to have changed the font style. The numbers are hollow, instead of solid, which makes it hard to read. Is this normal, and is there any way to change it?
My translation widget isn't working. It just says "data unavailable" every time I type something in. Is it working for other people? I'm thinking that maybe the server(s) it uses is down.
I have just set up my new iBook with (wireless) internet and am playing around with the widgets, including the BBC radio one. However this isn't working, the display appears to have two blue boxes with question marks on them, and there is no sound. What should I do?
Ok so according to my unit converter ?10 sterling is $665.579 US$ . Which would be wonderful! But its highly irritating. After playing round with it I have discovered that the problem is the lists are in a different order the left list starts with A$ and the right list starts with US$. I can get around this by selecting the currency underneath the required on on the left hand list (EG if i want sterling (?) on the left hand side I select Brunei Dollar instead) This is annoying though. So does anybody know ow to help me?
I apologise for how complicated this post may seem but its hard to put it any simpler.
I have this widget active. When I tried to use it today, for the first time in about a week, it said it had results and was showing them, one page at a time - but all the pages were empty. Any ideas?
My day in history widget has become invisible when I open up the dashboard.. Invisible but not gone because when I click in the icon in the list at the bottom of the page it sort of semi appears on the page but disappears with an effect like ripples in a pond (,which is in it's self a fantastic effect) The cross is still there in the top right corner though.
I am on a MacBook Pro and am encountering problems after the last Java upgrade on Lion. My dock will not appear when I rollover - so I have set it to show all of the time. I clicked on my widget icon to use the calculator, and nothing loaded. I was stuck on the screen and had to hard restart.
Info: MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.3)
I Recently purchased a Mac Pro and I am considering interfacing it to a Weather Station. Almost every Weather Station touts PC compatibility and about 1/3 interface Mac's. But after reading the reviews on them... I am under the impression that many users have run aground and encountered problems attempting to interface them to a Mac or PC. Anyone here have first hand experience interfacing a modern Weather Station to a Mac via one of the USB ports?
I had weather on the dashboard once, somewhere in CA I think. I wanted local and have downloaded about fifty times but not into the dashboard even though that is where I start. What am I doing wrong?
Anyone know why my weather widgets would move down 20-30 pixels from time to time on their own? I have two of them in the top left corner of my dashboard, and they seem to move down on the screen. I can't figure out when it's happening, it might be correlated with rebooting or something, but I'm not sure. My other widgets stay put, the weather widgets just seem to want to, well, go south.
im still pretty new to the mac world and im wondering if there is any sort of weather app that displays the temp on the bar ( task bar ) where the battery indicator is ? Similar to weather bug when you install it on a windows machine ?
I have GeekTool 3 and weather is not working. I am trying to get the current conditions, temperature and a picture of the conditions, but it is not working.
Can someone give me the code and tell me what information to fill in?
I just installed Geektool and added the date and weather to my desktop, but everything won't refresh (ex. my clock is stuck at 7:18 when its 8:10). I've tried manually setting the refresh rate to 1 second, but it send my CPU and memory usage soaring. I had it working perfectly before I added the Weather.
