Applications :: Pandora App Not Working Fine / Doubles Every Typed Letter?
Apr 16, 2010So I haven't used Pandora in a while, and just started again last week. I figured I would grab one of the third party apps, so I didn't have to use Safari to listen. I tried PandoraJam, PandoraBoy, and PandoraMan, and none of them work right. I can listen to stations that I have already created, but I can not create a new station. Every time I try to type an artist or song in the box, it doubles every letter. For example say I wanted to search for "Train" If I try to type that in the search box it comes out "Ttrraaiinn." I know Pandora recently released their own App, so did they break 3rd Party apps, to promote Pandora ONE?

Sep 5, 2010I have an iMac connected to speakers.. and then I have my Macbook. Im looking for a way to play music from iTunes or Pandora on my Macbook... and listen through the speakers connected to my iMac while I am roaming about the house with my Macbook. Is there any way to do this other than Airtunes, or using screen sharing? (Right now im just using screen sharing and controlling the iMac)

Apr 23, 2010about 3 or 4 days ago while surfing on YouTube I suddenly noticed that I can no longer press anything on the player anymore, no matter where on the flash application I press, it always just pauses the video. Even when I go over the volume control or the play button, they don't highlight in red anymore.
This is very annoying since I can't control the volume, fast forward, rewind, set higher resolution, click the google ads away... nothing works It just pauses the video when I click.
I emptied the cash of Chrome and restarted my Mac but nothing works.
I tried Safari and YouTube still works properly there.
I am using the latest version of Chrome (Beta 5.0.342.9).
Does anyone have a similar problem?

May 20, 2005My translation widget isn't working. It just says "data unavailable" every time I type something in. Is it working for other people? I'm thinking that maybe the server(s) it uses is down.

Jul 2, 2008Ok so according to my unit converter ?10 sterling is $665.579 US$ . Which would be wonderful! But its highly irritating. After playing round with it I have discovered that the problem is the lists are in a different order the left list starts with A$ and the right list starts with US$. I can get around this by selecting the currency underneath the required on on the left hand list (EG if i want sterling (?) on the left hand side I select Brunei Dollar instead) This is annoying though. So does anybody know ow to help me?
I apologise for how complicated this post may seem but its hard to put it any simpler.

OS X :: Widget Disappearing From Dashboard / Day In History Widget Has Become Invisible
Aug 15, 2010My day in history widget has become invisible when I open up the dashboard.. Invisible but not gone because when I click in the icon in the list at the bottom of the page it sort of semi appears on the page but disappears with an effect like ripples in a pond (,which is in it's self a fantastic effect) The cross is still there in the top right corner though.
Any ideas as to what I have cocked up now
OS X V10.7 Lion :: Dock And Widget Dashboard Stopped Working After Java Upgrade
Apr 27, 2012I am on a MacBook Pro and am encountering problems after the last Java upgrade on Lion. My dock will not appear when I rollover - so I have set it to show all of the time. I clicked on my widget icon to use the calculator, and nothing loaded. I was stuck on the screen and had to hard restart.

Safari :: 5.1.5 Not Loading Pandora?
May 8, 2012Trying to open Pandora.com using Safari, the site comes up and runs and runs, but never brings up the signin page instead it comes up with a help page. I tried the suggestion on the help page, but this does no good, mostly settings, and making sure the browsers are at the latest versions. If I go through Develope and select User Agent > Internet Explorer v7 or v8 in Safari, Pandora loads and runs correctly. But there is more, I tried this with FireFox v12 and Google Chrome v18.0.1025... they both failed just like Safari. MacBook Pro 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo - 8GB memory - 500GB Hard Drive & Mac OS X 10.7.3 on a MacBook Pro and Safari v5.1.5?

Oct 30, 2005I have been using the stickies widget provided with OSX Tiger and I love it, but is there a way to back it up? I have quite a bit of info on the widget stickies. (currently 10 stickies)
This is what I read in the help on OSX
Sticky notes in your Dashboard remain available until you close them. You can copy and paste items in sticky notes, but you cannot save your notes.
This leads me to believe that I am living dangerously with all this info???
Is there a better widget that I can store short lists on? What I use the widgets for are questions I need to ask each one of my employees. I am a school principal and can't just call up a teacher and ask them something so I jot it down on the widget sticky and ask them when I get a chance. I like having an easy way to bring up the lists and getting rid of them without opening a document or anything. Is there a better way?

Not only that, but I can hear thunder, see lightning and judging by the very dark shade of the clouds around my house, I can pretty much say it's damn sure about to start pouring. What I'm getting at is that this widget has shown nothing but sunshine all day and all night tonight. The temperatures seem to be close, but that's about it. Just curious if anyone else noticed any inaccuracy with this Accuweather widget.

May 6, 2009editing my iWeb page and the "mobileme gallery" widget isn't loading onto the page. It says that I can't display any albums or movies. I've read that it's because either I'm not connected to the internet (not true) or that I don't have any albums published to mobileme. This isn't true because I do have albums that are published. Does anyone have the same problem and know how to get it to work?
