I have been using firefox for years now and would like to sync up my bookmarks to my ipad and iphone. I have a Mac Pro, MBP, Iphone an Ipad. I know you can sync to firefox, but I don't have firefox on IOS. First is there an IOS app for phone and ipad. Second, can I push this data through icloud to go from firefox on my mac pro to safari on iphone and ipad?Â

like many others I've been using FireFox the past year, but now I want to migrate back to Safari 4. With all my bookmarks that are now in Firefox, of course! Safari 4 has got an import feature. But what kind of file does it want? In any case I haven't a clue how to export my bookmarks from FireFox into any particular file. Do you?
The only thing I could think of to do was go into FF's Bookmarks edit mode and copy/paste the bookmarks menu into an .rtf and an .html file. But that bombed: Safari 4's import wanted neither.
Inexplicably, all my Safari bookmarks have vanished.
I'd like to import my Firefox bookmarks into Safari; how would I do that?
Is this possible. I know you can import bookmarks from Safari to Firefox but not vice versa??

I have managed to transfer all of my music video and apps from my external hard drive onto my new macbook (replacement for my ibook). Is there any particular procedure I need to follow so as to ensure I do not lose any data. Obviously my new macbook will be where I am syncing from now on. In Safari, there must be a way to sort a long list of bookmarks in a bookmarks folder into an alphabetical list. Safari support did not have an answer.Â

I have edited renamed moved the bookmarks from bookmarks bar without a problem until I quite safari. Once I reopen safari all changes I made disappear and it reverts back to original with all bookmarks on bookmarks bar. what am I doing wrong that i cannot make permanent changes to my bookmark bar on Safari 5.1.3?

After my recovery drive went missing and trying to reinstall it, had to do a format of my hard drive and reinstall everything once I got OS X reinstalled and up-to-date, I tried to import my bookmarks from a backup bookmarks file, when I quit safari and re-open safari bookmarks were missing and default ones back in place. When searching though the forums for how to fix this problem but too know unluck they did not work.

I have a mid 2011 iMac, OS X 10.9.4 and i recently installed maverick. Â
For some reason,using both Safari and Firefox, it can't connect to most websites and if it does the pages don't fully load( pictures and videos won't load) but my network works fine with other device like my phone and I'm still able to download updates. Ive tried restarting in safe mode, clearing caches, Safari without extensions. Â
