I have a 200 page PDF which needs my company logo adding to the top. I've tried converting to word and adding to the "header" - didn't work.
Is there any software out there (apart from adobe) which will bulk load logos, even a watermark would do, dont really want to edit each page!
Today just woke up and turned on my iMac. It started with apple logo then I saw a cancel logo which shocked me..
View 10 Replies View RelatedI have narrowed the problem down to a faulty hard drive, I did this by successfully installing snow leopard on an external and booting from there, however, when I start the mac, press the option key and select the external, it initially sits there on the apple logo and cog, but after a while that apple logo disappears and is replaced by a circle with a line through it, much like a no entry sign.

I own a 17" iMac Core 2 Duo. It has been crashing more and more lately. Now when I turn it on, it sits at the apple logo. The spinner does not appear. I tried new sticks of ram, and same thing. I can boot off a windows or Linux cd with the c key, but they freeze halfway through bootup. I ran a hard disk check also.
Does the Apple logo still light up on the MacBook Air whenever the screen is on? Like this:

Is there malware or something causing it? I had a movie on the DVD slot, it that caused it. It wasn't spinning though.

You'll notice this person's hard drive is labeled simply using the Apple Logo. I've seen alot of screenshots that use this symbol. How do I do it?
I have a 2nd gen Mac Mini that when booting chimes and goto the Apple logo with the circle below it. I tried once, let it go for about 10minutes before holding in the power button and trying again. It's been at this point for about 30minutes.

I clicked on it and it says bluetooth not available, then I went to system preferences and, now there is no bluetooth icon to click on. I opened spotlight and found bluetooth, but then I got an error saying that no bluetooth hardware was detected. I have the MBP in my sig. Also see attached screenshot. Anyone ever encountered this? My MBP is still under warranty for 3-4 more months. Should I just take it to an Apple store?

My 3+ year old MacBook is unable to startup anymore. Whenever I boot up, after the apple logo I get the Kernel Panic. This happened after one time when I forced shutdown after I thought my macbook crashed. I've read from past threads this is possibly to do with hardware problems, but I can still boot to bootcamp windows (which I am currently using) and all seems to work fine. What can I do?

Ok so i yesterday, i wanted to learn computer programming so i decided to download Xcode for mac (The latest one for snow leopard) Everything went fine and a little error pops up during the installation saying something about needing to reinstall soundflower(or something similar to soundflower) I ignored it and everything went fine, i could use Xcode without any errors. Today (after my dad and my sister used the iMac) the Mac went laggy with the rainbow spinning thing. I restarted my computer and now i am stuck on apple logo. I went to the verbose mode and this is what i've found.

There was a line saying systemShutdown false between the errors and the errors is still continuing.
I also tried holding shift for the safemode but it just went into restart loop until i let go the shift button

When I try to boot from the DVD it starts reading and after a few minutes I hear the driver stops and only a gray screen with the apple logo in the screen. I have tried two snow leopard disk and the original disk that came with the macbook pro. I can boot into the operating system, repair permissions, verify disk and disk utility does not find any problem. I also tried with a usb dvd and the same symptom, after a minute it stops reading the dvd.

I plop the dvd in, it recognized the dvd I double click and hit install, it asks for password and restarts. When it restarts it hangs at the screen where the apple logo is and the circle below it just rotates. It doesn't start to install.
