I download an nba app from the cloud cause i had already purchased it for my iphone. I couldn't find the app on my mac and if I found it, can I use on the laptop knowing that it's an iphone app?

I downloaded Handbrake in order to download movies onto my MBP, and then upload them onto my iPhone 3G. However, is Handbrake necessary to use simply to download movies onto my MBP that I will later watch solely on my computer (that is, not upload them onto my iPhone)? Or, is there software already pre-installed on my MBP that will allow me to download the movie (DVD) on my computer, without having to use Handbrake or like software? After uploading, what application will allow me to watch the downloaded DVD?

On the other side, my Mac Pro (OS X 10.7.4) has no "mobile document" I turned on and off documents & data in system pref. with restarting my mac several times but no thing changed.

I am getting numerous duplicates of tracks downloaded to my iPhone. (about 10%)
These tracks are not duplicated in iTunes, and interestingly it is often the first track of an album that is repeated.
Though sometimes it is the whole album. Also many albums' artwork does not download. Both the iPhone and iTunes are up to date
Recently downlaoded music from iTunes. It shows up on main user library, but not on second user music library which is also in shared folder. As a result, second user can not add newly downloaded music to a playlist and then sync to iphone/pod. It does not show up in what is supposed to be the shared music library.

I'm using iCloud and popped a couple of images I'd just processed into iPhoto on my iMac.Â
Went to my MBP so I could upload the images to my website - they appeared in iPhoto in very quick time (impressive) but I needed to locate them in "finder" so I could upload them but had the devil of a time finding them, and still haven't.Â
I used to use dropbox for this - maybe I'll go back. It was so easy!Â

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have iCloud, and it doesn't seem to be doing a thing. My calendars, which used to sync under MobileMe, now don't sync anymore. In fact, they don't even sync through iTunes when I PHYSICALLY PLUG the phone into the Macbook. Calendars are set up to sync. I have selected ALL calendars to sync (even though I wish I could just get rid of the different calendars and have just one. What a pain! Just because I wanted to write in different colors on my calendar depending on the type of event, iCal has to complicate everything and treat these as separate calendars???) The settings on my iPhone are also set to sync all calendars. I've gone into the iCloud settings; everything is on and enabled. The OS on the iPhone is the most current. iTunes is up to date. My OS on my Macbook is the latest (Lion OS 10.7.4).

I recently got a MacBook Pro after having an iPhone and iPad since last year. I have iCloud set up on all devices to share calendar dates. However, when I input an event on iCal on the MacBook everything is fine and the event shows up on my iPhone and iPad calendars, but when I input an appointment on my iPhone, it will not update to the iCal on MacBook.Â

Until recently, when I downloaded an app update on my iPhone, it would automatically - without syncing - remove that same app update on iTunes and vice versa.
