there is like a screeching sound and it is very annoying when I play a video or listen to music. Should I bring it to the Apple store? I bought this macbook pro june of 2011.

My macbook tends to make noise when I close it, this only happens when my mac is heated up, and it disturbs me because I bring my macbook to school and it's embarrassing when your mac makes those noises. Is it because of the screws? My contract is out of date, and I don't want to attempt anything. Also, my macbook been dropping connections since I upgraded to Snow Leopard, will 10.6.2 be able to fix this update?

Youtube videos won't play properly on my imac (I have OS X version 10.5.8). The video plays only for a few short seconds and stops for about 90 seconds and then repeats the process .

Since doing a clean install of Lion onto my system, I have not been able to play music cd's bought from the high street. My system keep ejecting them after about 20 seconds. Movie DVD's play straight away.

Anyone else have a squeaky hinge on a Rev C or any other? I hear all the talk about lose hinges and broken hinges but the absolute only worry (and it is not a big one) I have about my magnificent two month old Air is the squeak it makes sometimes when I open it up. I suppose that a too tight hinge could lead to a broken hinge but it doesn't sound like the kind of squeak that could lead to breakage. But who knows. If I open it very slowly it doesn't make it. Eventually I'll probably take it in, but not for now. Everything else looks and works too well.

my MacBook Pro Mid 2010 I have never had an issue with anything until now. In the past couple days I noticed that I was not able to watch any videos. This includes videos from YouTube, Netflix and even iTunes movies. I have confirmed that I have the most recent versions of Adobe Flash and Silverlight. Videos won't load or even pictures of the videos. I have tried updating Safari, Uninstalling Adobe Flash Player and Re installing. I have also tried loading Safari in 32 bit form and nothing has worked..Its pretty annoying I have to go to FireFox to load videos.Â

I have set my website up in iWeb (so simple and great) and I have added to the homepage a QT music file for visitors to listen to. Unfortunately however when you do click on the song and then navigate to one of my other pages on the website such as my portfolio, the music stops. I was hoping that the song would play continuously while navigating through the website no matter what page the visitor was on. Is this even possible?

Just brought home a brand new 13" MacBook Air. Went to the Apple website and couldn't play any videos. YouTube videos play fine, and the Apple Trailers website plays fine. It's just [URL] that won't play videos.
There are no extensions in Safari (so DivX isn't the problem). QuickTime 10 is installed. It's fresh out of the box. Haven't changed a thing. what we need to do to get videos playing from the Apple website?
