MacBook Pro :: Good Program To Record Audio And Video Of This?
May 18, 2012
I know the Mac has a screen recorder, but the problem is it doesn't record onboard audio in addition to the screen recording. I've also tried the audio recording stuff and it just doesn't work.So are there any programs out there that can record audio AND video at the same time, in one file, on the Mac? I've tried the AudioHijack and Audacity stuff, but it's impossible to sync it with the screen-recorded video
Problem description: Computer freezes and stutters with video or audio (like a broken record) then shuts down. Doesn’t seem to affect anything, but still interrupts logic pro 9, youtube, etc.
I downloaded EtreCheck and this is what it came up with: Â
EtreCheck version: 2.1.1 (104) Report generated December 9, 2014 at 9:14:37 PM  EtreCheck version: 2.1.1 (104)Report generated December 9, 2014 at 9:14:37 PM PST Hardware Information: MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013) (Verified) MacBook Pro - model: MacBookPro10,2 1 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 CPU: 2-core 8 GB RAM Not upgradeableÂ

System diagnostics came up with an error involving memory on an earlier run, but both 4GB of soldered memory seem to be running fine...

I want to use iMovie, but whenever I import my HD image, it makes the quality worse, and the radial gradient looks horrible. Here is the image I'm trying to use: [URL]
here is what it looks like once imported into iMovie '09: [URL]
Is there a plugin for iMovie to fix this or something? I would you Final Cut, but my computer is slow enough, and adding heavy video-editing applications like that would not be good. Especially since I've had to replace my hard drive twice in the past year.

during the day I want to be able to record what's happening on my screen including both video and audio. I want to follow a realtime webcast when I'm away from my computer but this webcast isn't played thru the browser.
My built-in external mic doesn't record any audio when recording at all with the webcam. I've seen that this problem happens a lot in iMovie and Photo Booth, but my problem is a little unique, in that it doesn't record audio when recording with any program, not just Photo Booth and iMovie. I've tried QuickTime and even YouTube's webcam capture option, to no avail.Â
However, the most puzzling aspect of this is that I know for a fact that the built in external mic is functional, because I can make video calls from Skype without any problems.
Just purchased my first mac, iv'e been a pc user for almost 10 yrs and i finally switched to a mac. What programs are good to DL music. On my pc i use to use Lime Wire or Bear Share. Can I use these or does anyone have a better program that is Mac friendly ?
I'm looking for a free or inexpensive, quality software program that can record and log the key strokes, web, and email usage of my family for MAC OSX. That functions invisibly. Must include remote monitoring.
I would like to capture the audio signal from my flat screen TV via either the digital (optical) or the standard audio out connections and input to my iMac for further recording to a thumb drive.Â
How I can connect my macbook pro to a VHS player (with only a scart input) so that I can record images off my mac onto a video? I have been trying to figure this out for so long but I'm having no success.
There is a Live video feed today marking Carroll Shelby's wake. I will be away from computer but would VERY MUCH like to view it at a later time. I have a MacBook, and a MacMini, both of which are running latest OS.
Info:Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.6.7), Second Mini, Also 13.3" MacBook
I am a recovering PC user :P and was wondering if the Mac had any free programs to record live streams as they are occurring. I have this radio program I listen to, and I can record it using Audacity, but the sound quality is a little diminished but more importantly, it picks up background sounds. Is there anyway to record the actual live stream without using a microphone so that the recorded version doesn't have all that background noise??
How can use new QuickTime Record Audio in my mac for recording all sound of in my mac? like record iTunes Radio or any application sound etc... is it any codec? or method ? or any component?
Mine never has, and the lady from Apple support is saying it isn't supposed to! I know it is... please verify for me that your 'video recording' inside of Photobooth records audio along with video!
