I tried converting to DivX and playing through Flip & that didn't work either. I tried placing the file in the library>audio>plug-in>component folder & that didn't work. I have downloaded music from solarseek, the files are "completly downloaded" never the less the files stay in the folder "uncomplete", the info details says "itunes Document" for each file, example of a files name , "02 brothers on the slide.mp3 - Hagafarta.solarseek".
I want them to play or to open, but they dont work on itunes, i downloaded manny files (songs) from different users on solarseek, so its not a problem of corrupted files.

I just purchased an album from iTunes. All songs play except 1. When I attempt to play the fourth song, I'm presented a dialog box telling me that I'm not authorized to play the song on the same computer I used to download it. When I enter my Mac ID and Password to authorize the song, I receive another dialog telling me that the song is already authorized to play on this computer. I attempt to play the song, and once again informed that I'm not authorized to play the song, going on to state that I've only authorized two out of the five allowed.
I've gone into my Mac account, and only three devices are authorized (Mac, iPhone, iPad). I went ahead an removed authorization on this Mac, then re-added my authorization. Still, the same song out of 20 will not play due to authorization.
I recently bought a song via my iPad and it shows up in my library. But it won't play. It acts like it's downloading (moving bars) but it never finishes. What's wrong and what should I do?

I have got a Canon Legria HF200 (1080i) videocamera and a MacBook late 2009. When I import the video that i have recorded into iMovie (I don't know any other ways - it's AVCHD format) the MacBook warns me that if I'll import in full resolution (1080i) this will might result slow playback on my computer. Why? When i preview the files before I import them the video plays perfectly fine. If I import them to my laptop and then view them they turn out to be played really slow and unclear. Would this be a problem with the way iMovie imports the file, or my hardware? Could it be that my HDD is to slow? This has annoyed me for months,
View 2 Replies View RelatedThe English dialogues in sound surround 4.0 of a DVD are completely muffled when playing on my MacBookPro. The rest of the same soundtrack is fine (music, etc.). The dialogues in other languages on the same DVD work fine (they are in 2.0 sound surround). My other DVDs are working fine on the same MacBookPro.The problem occurs only with one particular DVD, with the English dialogues. The same DVD plays fine on other computers and DVD equipment. What is the explanation or what could be wrong when playing it on my MacBookPro? I have tried disabling the Dolby dynamic range compression in iDVD Preferences > Disc Setup - but this made no difference at all.

About a month ago, a friend who had just purchased his first Mac emailed me and asked why his Dock DownLoad file disappeared. I had no idea why. He still hasn't been able to reestablish it.
Yesterday, I downloaded something and my Dock DownLoad file vanished. I have tried rebooting, using (useless) Help, Spotlight, Search, and several other things. NO JOY. NO DownLoad file.
1. Does anyone know where to find DownLoad or how to bring it back?
I have experienced several idiosyncrasies with Snow Leopard, but when I call Apple support, they are very nice, but haven't a clue as to why it's happening.
2. Another problem is that the Highlight gets anchored on something in Mail, Word, and some other Apps. When I click somewhere else, the whole area between the "anchor" and what I click on is lit up. Apple doesn't know what causes it. I have to go through multiple machinations to shake it loose. I don't know what it is that causes it or specifically how to "shake it loose". Neither does Apple.
3. When typing in Word or an editor, there are times when the type changes to UpperCase and won;t let go.
Another problem is that, at times, when I click on a file, it fills the screen. Apple is aware of this problem and is trying to find an answer. Nothing, to date.
Apple support can't tell me why the MacMail Inbox spinner disappeared or how to get it back.
There are times when I can't access the hidden Dock. After rebooting and trying other things, the Dock finally shows up but any additions that I have put on the Dock are no longer there.
When I put a DVD in the slot, for the first few seconds, it grinds but does smooth out.
I thought that SL was supposed to get rid of the "foibles". "What happened on the way to the Forum"?
Is anyone finding other SL idiosyncrasies? What are they?
If anyone can help with items 1., 2, and/or 3. I'd be grateful.
BTW, Apple says that items 2 and 3 MAY be caused by the wireless Magic Mouse and/or the wireless keyboard; however, when I use alternates, it still happens.
Question, I just got a new Magic Mouse - is there a protective film on the top/touch surface that it ships with? I can't see an obvious layer to peel, but the top surface feels very "sticky" vs slippery as they do in the store, making it difficult to swipe or scroll effectively.I just don't want to pick at the mouse senselessly and scratch it if it really doesn't have a film layer on it.
