One day, out of nowhere (maybe since Chrome 5.0 update?), I was not able anymore to highlight text. What I mean is that I can highlight the first line or the first three letters (depending on how fast I move on my trackpad). It seems like there is a timer. I have like 500 ms to highlight text and then it stops.
I thought it was Chrome because it seems I am not the only one :
But yesterday, I realised that the bug extended to Microsoft Word!
I don't know what to do anymore... is it a core problem?
I am on a Macbook pro 15" unibody.

Sep 29, 2010I am switching from blogger to Word Press and am frustrated in Word Press because I can not copy and paste. I can't do it with my command c and v or my mouse. I can highlight with the mouse but then can't paste it anywhere.
Occasionally I can copy a full paragraph and then try and paste it and only the first sentence will paste not the entire thing.
My designer is also on a mac and is not having any problems in my wordpress.

They are questions on a pdf, and I have been able to copy quite well from this pdf before, but all of a sudden this issue came up. I originally thought it was an issue with Byword, the markdown word processor I am using for one of the first times on my mac. But then I tried pasting into both word and pages and still the same issue.

I should have permission to copy everything, but I'm wondering if in the case of the fonts, the new Lion OS prevents you from using fonts without a license (even if they're free??) pretty clueless

Feb 25, 2012Why does Mac OX 10.6.8 keep making copies of a file anytime I download, copy, or move a file? It will copy, dowload or move the file, then begin making copies until I reboot. This makes it impossible to deal wit hfiles unless I want to spend a lot of time rebooting after every time, then deleting all the redundant copies.
