ITunes :: Transfer Purchased Audiobook From One Computer To Another?

I purchased an audiobook on my office computer, but I use my home computer to sync with my iPhone. Now I can't download the book to my home computer without having to pay again AND I can't sync with the office computer without erasing all of the info and apps from my home computer. ITunes considers my home computer as the master library. I didn't know all of this and, quite frankly, don't understand why it has to be this way.

ITunes :: Purchased Audiobook, Won't Show Up On IPhone After Syncing
I just purchased 3 audiobooks through iTunes to listen to on my iPhone 3GS (plenty of free memory). When viewing "books" in my Library in iTunes on my Mac, it shows the 3 books I successfully purchased on my Mac. However, when I sync my phone to my Mac, my purchased audiobooks are not syncing nor showing up no matter what I do. All my songs/music purchased always syncs perfectly, and I have everything checked in iTunes to sync properly for audiobooks: sync "audiobooks" is checked (only book showing up on iPhone is one I purchased on my iPhone so it downloaded directly there from iTunes), "purchased" & "audiobooks" playlist checked, etc. I bought these audiobooks directly through iTunes and they downloaded to my iTunes on my Mac properly, but just will NOT sync over to my iPhone for me to listen to them!

ITunes :: Some Audiobook Tracks Grayed Out In Audiobook Section?
I have imported two different audiobooks into iTunes.I am using itunes 10.3.6 on a macbook pro, mountain lion osx.I do have itunes match, and I turned off match to import the audiobooks so that I could go in and change the "media type" to audiobook. However, now some of the tracks (not all) are grayed out and inaccessible on my iphone. When trying to play the audiobook it just skips the tracks that are gray and moves on to the next black track.I've tried re-syncing and it doesn't help.

OS X Leopard :: Transfer Purchased Itunes Items To New IMac Without Authorizing?
I have purchased items from the iTunes store, but no longer have access to the account. Is there a way to transfer these files (or the entire library) to the new computer and still access them without having to authorize the new computer through iTunes? What I basically need is a way to be able to use the files on the new computer, and not use them on the old computer, without actually reauthorizing, since I no longer can get access to the account.

I'm not sure how migration assistant works, or if there is even a way I can do this, but I thought I'd ask. My only other option, I suppose is to burn all 900 or so songs to CD, so that the protections don't transfer over. But thats an immense amount of time, money, and then more time renaming all the tracks (I'm a stickler for that).

ITunes Mac :: Purchased / Downloaded App To Wrong - Transfer?
I use my desktop as my main itunes/iphone syncing machine. I purchased an app on my laptop accidentally. The laptop IS an authorized computer with my iTunes account, but it still won't let me transfer the app in question to my iPhone. I can sync the iPhone TO the laptop, but it won't let me sync back... all the apps in iTunes are greyed out. Is there something else I need to do to allow me to sync from the laptop back to the iPhone? Or is there something wrong? The app in question is no longer available on the store, so it's not a matter of re-downloading it.

ITunes Mac :: Won't Transfer Unspecified Purchased Items From IPhone
I tried to upgrade my iPhone 3GS to iOS 4 but got the "There are purchased items on your iPhone that have not been transferred to your computer" message. Ok, right click on my iPhone and select "Transfer Purchases" from the popup menu. Done VERY quickly; upgrade again says "There are purchased items ..." Went to iTunes' File menu and selected "Transfer Purchases from iPhone." Still no joy. Restart iTunes, rebooted the iPhone, took the dog for a walk, it STILL isn't happy.

I've only used one account to make purchases from the iTunes Store (and App Store). At least some items purchased on my iPhone show up in iTunes, and the contents of the "Purchased on. iPhone" playlist in iTunes appears to be complete. All apps are present and accounted for in iTunes, including a few that I've purchased on the iPhone. If there is a list of items that iTunes thinks have not been transferred then it's very well hidden—beyond iTunes, I rummaged about using Console and even poked around in a shell. Now what? I'd like to upgrade to iOS 4 but I'd also like not to lose any files.

ITunes Mac :: Computer No Longer Authorized To Play Purchased Items
When I plug in my iPod and iTunes starts syncing, I get the message "This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPod. Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?" When I then click Authorize, iTunes brings up an ancient iTunes ID that I haven't used in years. I do remember the password for it, though. However, that doesn't work. It says an error has occurred. When I enter my current (and longterm) iTunes ID and password, that also doesn't work (same error message).

I've tried deauthorizing my Macbook but I get another error message. Worth noting--I don't get an error message when I log into iTunes through the store. I don't think this is a problem with my iPod. I think it's an iTunes issue. (I could be wrong of course.) By the way, all of these songs should already be authorized. I haven't made any purchases lately, and syncing these songs previously has been no problem. It appears that the songs that are causing the trouble are DRM songs that I have yet to update (purchase an update from Apple) to non-DRM format.
