Computer crashed, nothing is accessable, at the advice of my nearest mac dealer, I did an erase and restore with my system disks, but now itunes says "all the music for my account has already been downloaded."
How can I recover this?

I bought a song and was billed for it on iTunes. When I tried to play it, a pop-up said, "This computer is not authorized to play....Would you like to authorize it?" I signed in, clicked the authorize button, and it says, "This computer is already authorized" and the window closed. I still can't play the song. I purchased an album on iTunes some time ago, but I keep getting double track entries. Seems like there is a problem with downloaded tracks from iTunes. iTunes is indicating double track entries. I'm sure there is some logic to the way iTunes is organizing them, but it is not the order of the Album. There must be some way to organize or 'sort' these songs in order of the Album. I remember on the older versions of iTunes, there used to be a numbering section on the far left hand side of the songs. I can't see that anymore and even when I control-click the songs, the sorting options don't seem to do much for me.
