May 20, 2012I am writing to you in regard to a download my 6 year old son had done with out me being aware to the fact he knows the password.I have recieved the bill from apps store and suddenly found out that both on the 10th of April and on the 11th of May my son had downloaded some itemes for his Ice Age Village. I was shocked when I saw it and more shocked to see the total amount that came out.I had no idea that my son knows the password.I am asking you please to refund me on these items. you can subtract this game of my i pad and take everything he bought back.

When I open the network diagnostics in mac it shows : wi fi is green , wi-fi settings is green, network settings is failed(red), ISP failed(red), Internet failed (red), server failed red.Â

MacBook Pro :: Safari4.0 Doesn't Work - Shuts Down - Ichat Can't Work
Jul 8, 2009I told myself not to do it. Don't update the Safari software to 4.0, you know how they always mess up these things. And yet, per accident I did. Of course Safari 4.0 doesn't work. Every time I open it, it shuts down. iChat also doesn't work anymore, and even the Dashboard shuts down every now and then. In addition, the computer feels incredibly slow. I can't download rapidshare links on iGetter anymore and everything just feels wrong. Countless threads have been opened on this matter with a variety of different problems for different people. Yet I have not read a proper solution. I have seen all kinds of technical solutions being offered but I'm not a computer wiz and I do not know the terms they use. I just want to go back to Safari 3.2 or at least the one before the 4.0 But I read that deleting Safari 4 and reinstalling 3.2 won't work because of a certain webkit that got installed with it, making it impossible to go back.

Mar 7, 2012I have a Macbook Pro which is almost three years old.Applications like iLife and iWorks were installed on the computer long before there was the Mac Ap Store.These apps, and others on my computer, do not show up as Instaled in the App Store so I can't update them unless I use the old Software Update or the vendor's site.I don't want to purchase the apps again but is there any way to "register" these apps so the app store knows they are on my computer?

Apr 2, 2012I want to update Aperture, but when I go to the App Store it tells me "All apps are up to date". Â I'm running an iMac, OS 10.6.8, current Aperture version 3.1.3 (latest version stated on App Store as 3.2.3).Â
I've tried downloading the update manually, but the updater doesn't work and tells me my version of the app must be updated through the App Store. (This is especially annoying because I transferred my Aperture Library to a MacBook which has a newer version of Aperture installed and it reformatted my library to a newer version. Now I've copied the library back to the MacBook but Aperture won't open the library because it's a requires the newer version of Aperture!)

The system askes for my user name & password, I enter it, and it just asks for the same info... over and over again. Jun 15, 2012I have updated iPhoto recently through Mac App Store, but then I had to reinstall it. I've deleted iPhoto from my computer and now it doesn't show up in Purchases list. When I search for it manually, it says Accept, I click on that and then get an error message stating that it's already in Purchases list, but it isn't there.Â
