Apr 7, 2012I purchased a song on itunes but only half the song downloaded. When I go to quick links and select purchase, I see the song as purchased but it wont download. It is behaving like a song you would listen to on itunes. It has the arrow with blue back round still. What can I do to get my song completely downloaded.

I went to Support but could not find a solution specific to my issue. I have downloaded over 2500 songs and this has not happened before. This song was one of nine other songs I downloaded that evening...all others came through successfully.

May 20, 2012I recently purchased "Now That's What I Call Music, Vol. 42". Half of the songs only play for about half time and then switch to the next song in ITunes. I think I might have only downloaded part of the songs that don't play through entirety. When I parchased and downloaded I didn't have a reliable internet connection.

Apr 7, 2012Some problems with iTunes, that appeared currently. When playing music suddenly the rendering stops for several seconds and then it continues without any action from my side. Maybe the problem only shows up when my MacBook comes to the standby mode, but nevertheless, I never had this problem before and it really restricts the possibilities of enjoying music played by iTunes.

Dec 3, 2014I just purchased an album from iTunes. All songs play except 1. When I attempt to play the fourth song, I'm presented a dialog box telling me that I'm not authorized to play the song on the same computer I used to download it. When I enter my Mac ID and Password to authorize the song, I receive another dialog telling me that the song is already authorized to play on this computer. I attempt to play the song, and once again informed that I'm not authorized to play the song, going on to state that I've only authorized two out of the five allowed.
I've gone into my Mac account, and only three devices are authorized (Mac, iPhone, iPad). I went ahead an removed authorization on this Mac, then re-added my authorization. Still, the same song out of 20 will not play due to authorization.

Oct 10, 2005I run multiple user accounts on my Tiger, these help me organize my documents and settings depending on different things I do. I recently re-installed the system, keeping old accounts and settings, but ever since every time I have iTunes playing on one of the accounts and log into a different one the sound goes off. Any idea how I can change it, as I used to be able to switch in between accounts without music being affested.

May 14, 2012After purchasing 2 albums, one song on each will repeatably download 5 times and then error with err = -100000. I have reproduced the error on 3 Macs with the same account, iPad and iPhone. Support reset the download and I removed the downloads folder, but the same thing occurs. Macs are Lion and devices are iOS 5.1.1. Music in the Cloud is enabled. All others songs on the albums downloaded fine. I regularly purchase music and have not had problems until recently. Only changes would be Apple Software updates.

Mar 23, 2012Ok, a few months ago, I posted a problem concerning songs from my ipod that, when played in my car through the car's integrated cable, would suddenly stop playing, even though the song's title and counter were still showing on the dashboard screen. This happened with a 3 year old ipod. After taking the car into the dealer, they found no problem. Subsequently, when driving a loaner or rental, the same thing would happen when the ipod was hooked up with a Belkin cable. So, I bought a new ipod. Guess what? It still happened, AND in other cars. So then I bought a new car (not for this reason; it was just time!), and it still happened, BUT...now it's doing it when I have my iphone bluetoothed!! The songs playing are coming from my iphone, which is connected to the car through bluetooth. So, my thoughts are leaning toward something wrong with my songs, in itunes. This happens inconsistently, and not necessarily with the same songs.
I've already spoken to 2 different people at Apple, spending hours on the phone.

I copy "Classical Chillout" compilation album to itunes. 30 songs show up, each with their own (new) artist name, song name, and all within the album "Classical Chillout.
Instead of having:

ARTIST Samuel Barber
ALBUM Classical Chillout
I want to batch rename all songs so that the Album name becomes the Artist and each "Artist" name is inserted into the "Song" name
