Mar 19, 2012I bought 2 movies on iTunes, but since upgrading to Lion, my Mac says it cannot find them. A grayscale icon appears, but not the movie icon.

Feb 17, 2012On my macbook I had an account that was hooked up to itunes, but now i cannot log into that account at all on the mac, leaving me no choice but to delete the account. but before I do that, i am just trying to get all my itunes stuff into a new itunes library on a new user. i figured out how to redownload music but not movies .

Jul 1, 2009I bought a movie Bolt, for my son on itunes. I am trying to write this movie to a DVD as we are going on holiday and I want to take it with me. When I go to uDVD it tells met to first go to iMovie, share, media browser. However, when I do that, the options media browser is not available to choose. Last night I was able to write the movie to the DVD by opening iDVD, choosing file, burn to DVD from movie. However, it burned the DVD with sound but no picture. Obvsiouly it is encoded or something but I cannot figure out how to get this right!
We are gonig tomorrow and I need to do this tonight! I am not very computer literate!

May 1, 2012I bought the album 《The Black Parade Is Dead!》(Audio/Video Deluxe Version) just now, but I have problem downloading the audio Disenchanted (Live in Mexico) and The Sharpest Lives(Live in Mexico).
The iTunes download it over and over again but can't complete it. The other audios and videos can be downloaded properly.
I've changed a computer, but it ended the same. It seems to be an error with the iTunes store that the data is corrupted.

Jun 20, 2014I recently got a new iMac and find to my chagrin that I cannot open any of the music I bought under two older emails whose passwords for my apple id at that time I cannot remember. This seems completely unfair. I have spoken to apple and they have given up. The files are still in my music library, but the new iMac is not "authorized" to open them. Only files I have bought in the last few years will open.
