Apr 10, 2012I imported a photo into iPhoto. If I click on it, click actions and share to Photostream, I get a message saying it is already in Photostream. Yet, it does not show up in the iPhoto Photostream folder on my Mac. Nor does it show up in my iPhone Photostream folder. I believe I have iCloud set up properly on both devices and have configured iPhoto correctly. Is there something I can do to force a sync?

May 29, 2012Is is possible to access photos on an iPhone that were taken more than 30 days ago. I had my iPhone stolen, I'd used it for 6 months without ever syncing it to any computer, and since it was nicked I bought a MacBook Pro in hopes that through iCloud I could get all the data from my phone but only a few recent photos showed up in Photo Stream, not all the others. Any way to go back in time for the lost photos?

Jun 25, 2012I have an iMac, Air and iPhone 4S, all up-to-date. I did my iCloud migration a few weeks ago. Everything seemed to work; I especially tested Calendar and verified that an event created on each device would appear on/disappear from the others. However, over the past few days I have realized that iCloud sync of Contacts/AddressBook is only working on the iPhone. Cards that I have created on the iMac and Air do not appear on the phone, but cards that I create on the iPhone do appear on the others. Â
After readng some similar questions here, I checkef SysPrefs on the Air, discovered MobileMe was still the default for AddressBook, changed it (in two places) to iCloud... and now have a complete set of duplicate entries in the Air, but still no sync up to iCloud. (I created new cards to check, and also checked iCloud.com to make sure the data is there. It is, no dupes — but also none of the cards I created on the Air before or after changing the default.)Â

Feb 15, 2012Our company recently switched to MacBook Pro computers. When I got mine I took it on vacation and uploaded pictures on it, and have the pictures on iCloud through PhotoStream. My company then installed software that encrypts the Mac, and also has a policy where I can't install iPhoto.
I can still see the pictures through my iPad on PhotoStream which is good. Is there any way possible to download my pictures from PhotoStream to another computer?I've tried to do it using my wife's MacBook Pro (and setting it with my iCloud settings), and on a PC laptop, but it seems like if it's in iCloud, and the computer you're on didn't upload it, you can't download it or even see it.

My wife has her own iPhone & ID. and it would be really nice if our photos could all be part of one big happy family, with my photos appearing on her iPhone and vice-versa. Â

May 17, 2012I dont see photostream on iCloud on my iMac, though it works wonderfully on my other devices iPhone and iPad. I also can't see any related setting in iCloud, except to reset photo stream, which deletes all photos currently on it.
