Jun 5, 2014Since using Maverick, my apple mail is showing all my client folders (mailboxes under my email address) in junk as well (that's 62 folders in two locations). This problem is only appearing on my computer, junk is empty on my iphone? Clients are having mail bounce back to them when they send me an attachment. My trash is empty and my inbox only has a few emails in it.

May 3, 2012Currently, I read that moving to iCloud will delete all of my Smart Mailboxes. I have about 40 of them and I own a business and this feature helps me organize my emails. I haven't moved to iCloud for this reason. They say the deadline is June 30th. Is there any way that Apple will leave this feature in once I move to iCloud?

Aug 31, 2014I have never used iCloud, and would like to know: what kind of documents can be stored on iCloud? I use apps such as Painter X3, and would like to store those projects. Is it possible? Also, how do I know what I have stored, can I eliminate it from iCloud when I choose, is it available for download. I really don't understand the whole concept. When attempting to sign in and use iCloud, I was given only a couple Apple apps to use for document upload. They were apps such as Pages, Preview, etc..
Is this not an external storage and backup resource?

Why Do I Have To Log In Every Time Access ICloud
Mar 18, 2012I need to log in each time I access iCloud from Firefox or Safari, even though I always check the "Keep me signed in " box. I never explicitly log out of iCloud (I don't know how I would do that anyway). If I bring up my calendar in Firefox and then exit from Firefox, the next time I bring it up I have to log in again. It's supposed to keep you logged in for 2 weeks if you check the "Keep me signed in" box.

The issue arose yesterday afternoon (3/4/12) and I'm currently unable to receive email from my mac.com account on my macbook, iPhone or through iCloud. This is what happens when I try to access my account on each device or application: When I try to access my email though the mail client on my macbook this message appears. "The iCloud IMAP server “p02-imap.mail.me.com” rejected the password for user “helenlryan1” Enter your password again or cancel. I enter my password and it is rejected. This has never happened before and now my account is 'offline" My account details are the same and I've not changed them. I migrated my MobileMe account over to iCould on 30 March and upgraded to Lion on 31 March.. When I open my mail account in iCloud a message appears telling me: 'There was a problem loading the application due to possible network error or missing resources. Please try again" I currently have no access to my email.
