My Apple Id are working perfectly at iTunes store. When I try to log in at App Store it says: "Your device or computer could not be verified." I know there is an old Apple Id that's perhaps interferes with both my iPhone and App Store. I have tried to delete my old Apple ID to see if that would help, but it wont accept that I delete it.

I installed Entourage and updated it to the latest version, my iPhone synced all my contacts to Address Book but now I can't get my Address Book to sync with Entourage. I used Sync Services and that synced Entourage with iCal but it didn't sync with Address Book. I'm using Leopard and I don't use .mac.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI currently have data in both Entourage and Apple Address book. I am wanting to migrate over to Entourage and was going to sync the two programs to accomplish this. However before I do that, I need to understand how the data transfers. Does data from Apple Address Book overwrite data in Entourage? Is it added? Does the Entourage data overwrite the Apple Address book data? Does anyone know or know where I can get this information?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have many duplicate contacts in my Entourage address book (same name, different information in some instances). How do I merge those duplicates into just one contact?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been using and syncing Entourage forever, and been syncing to iCal and Address for several years, especially since I've had my iPhone.Â
For some reason, and it seems very recent, no problem Syncing to iCal from Entourage, but I cannot Sync contacts to Address Book and vice versa. I have iCloud switched off, am on 10.7 and usually know what I'm doing.Â
I have tried deleting all Address Book contacts, resetting Sync Services in Entourage (after deleting all the relevant Preference Files) but nothing seems to work.Â

I'm running Entourage 2004 on OS X 10.3.9 (iMac G3, for at least a few more weeks). I've never had problems with Entourage until we had a brief power-out the other day. Since I restarted, Entourage won't open. It says the database is corrupted, and I need to rebuild it. But I can't rebuild it -- the Entourage Database runs into an error almost as soon as it starts, and says it has an I/O error with a bad block. However, Apple's Disk Utility and Hardware Test both say everything's fine.
Anyone have any clues what to do next? Is it believable that Microsoft would find a bad block that Apple can't?
In Entourages address book view there are the following categories under the drop down menu:
Changed in the Past 7 Days
Due Today.
Family Category.
Personal Category.
Work Category.
How can I add other categories under the address view (eg: friends)? How can I add a view of contacts that have no category association. How can I change the current default views?
Within the last week, all of our computers have developed a 'bouncing E'! The entourage symbol jumps up and down and demands attention, there is a box saying 'Entourage could not read this .rge file', it never stops, it just comes back every half hour or so. I suspect it has something to do with sharing projects, but we have done nothing differently from normal so can't trace the reason. It's possibly linked to when one person sent an invite to all the others asking them to attend and event but I'm not sure.
It was also suggested it might be because there is a lot (ie up to 10 years in one case!) of email in the in box, but we have been doing some clearing out with no result. I don't know much about macs and am in the dark here, and everyone is blaming me as it was my idea to create a shared diary/contacts list in entourage. Some other forum said to find the corrupted file, but I've no idea where to look or even how to tell that it's corrupt.
I am trying to set up my work computer with Outlook. When I am trying to do the exchange server for Entourage, I put in all the correct fields, but when I click the 'verify settings' icons to verify - it gives me a an error.
ERROR - 17900
I have the new 21.5" iMac with the ATI graphics card running Snow Leopard.
I cannot access Entourage all I get is an error (-40) message.
I cannot even rebuild the database.
I work for a small business that relies a lot on consistent email communication. We are using a GoDaddy email account that we have set up through our Microsoft Entourage programs on all of our Mac computers (all four of us work on Macs).
We have been bombarded by error messages on Entourage. For example just today I have received two error messages: Internal error (-17900) saying "Mail could not be sent" and Sorry, over your relay limit (-17099) saying "Mail could not be sent."
Over the past few weeks we have gotten Error -3259, Error -2171, Error -17895.
It is becoming extremely frustrating!
I have tried researching some of these problems on line but have not found a whole lot of helpful information. I spoke with a rep at GoDaddy to see if it had to do with our email server itself. He said that everything seemed to be set up properly and that it was either a problem with the Microsoft program or with the Internet Service Providers.
why we are receiving so many error messages, and how we can ensure that we wont receive anymore and that our emails will be sent properly.
I am trying to rebuild my Entourage database (Entourage 2008 12.2.3 under Mac OS X 10.6.2). It seems to work ok (through the 5 steps) but when I open Entourage after that it tells me that the database is not working well and that I need to rebuild it... which I just did. How can I have it rebuilt properly?
FYI, the "Main identity" folder (in "Office 2008 Identities") is already 15.74GB. If this is what can cause the problem, how can I reduce the size? (split my email messages in different files?
I'm running Entourage 2004 on OS 10.5. For the last week we've had an issue with receiving emails. For several days it wouldn't download any, presenting the error "An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded, or there may be too much net traffic." (-3259 )
" Halfway into this, it downloaded the bulk of the emails from the days it hadn't connected, but never finished and gave the same error again. Emails can still be sent fine. It's an AOL email account.
It's set up to receive from an IMAP server as [url]...
It's set up to send from smtp.aol.com, overriding default port with 587, password required.I started to set up a new account with this email, and when it tried to verify the account settings, the IMAP settings verified fine, but the SMTP settings didn't.
Info:Mac OS X (10.5.8)
(Using OSX 10.5.7 on MacBook, Comcast cable modem):For the pst 24 hours I have not been able to connect to my Entourage email account, which denies every combination of letters and numbers, upper and lower case, of my formerly reliable password. System tries to log in, then gives me the error message "invalid username/password." I can't find a "forgot password" link or otherwise change the password. If I try Mac mail I get "system timed out." I can use webmail to get password but not Entourage or Mac Mail.
View 6 Replies View RelatedThis morning my Entourage mail worked just fine, this afternoon, I try to open it and "could not open that feature, mail error." I have tried to rebuild the database by holding down the option key at launch and selecting both the typical and advanced rebuilds and neither one will go - the rebuild never starts. I am on a PowerBook G4, running MS Office 10.1.4. I am so frustrated - I get the mail dialogue box, but I can't see messages in my in box. I can sometimes see emails that have been filed, but it is not consistent.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen opening Entourage I received the error 'Could not open that feature. End of file reached' I tried Utility and rebuild. when attempting to rebuild a pane came up stating 'preparing to rebuild 0 of 0' and the pane has been stuck there for 8 hours. I keep getting an error message "Database Daemon Fatal Error" when trying to open Entourage 2008. I tried removing and re-installing Office, but each time I open Entourage I keep getting the same message: the Database Daemon has encountered an unknown error. The daemon will need to quit, and Entourage may need to be force quit.

I've seen lots of threads go by about importing e-mail from one program to another, and my case is seemingly simpler, but I have had no luck so far.
I want to import into Entourage the e-mail from a backup of the disk. I know how to import mail into Entourage from other e-mail programs and I know how to import mail into Entourage from an archive created by exporting from Entourage, but I cannot figure out how to import from a backup of the folders under the "/Users/(username)/Documents/Microsoft User Data" folder, under which is where Entourage stores mail.
I bought an app on the Apple store and used it for two weeks. Last Sunday it started giving me problem, so I tried to open the app but it could not be opened. I phoned the Apple support today and they said that their server was with a problem, What happens? When I erase the app from my computer and tried to re-download it it, my computer said that the computer could not be verified, so I could not download the app. What should I do?
