Every time I email pictures, they wind up embedded in the body of message. Is there a way to send them as attachments without embedding?

I am trying to email pictures from iPhoto and it won't recognize my iCloud account. What can I do?

I used to click a pic and then click the email button at the bottom of iPhoto.
Mac mail would open and I could compose a regular email.
Now I can only choose the cute options, which have no room for any significant text. I realize I can drag and drop, but was wondering if I'm missing something.
I have had to update my email password with email provider. When I tried to update it on the iMac in the Internet Accounts section, I got a message saying "Password could not be sent to 'mail.tesco.net' securely. Mail cannot send your password securely tot he server. You can continue without a secured password, which could put your password at risk'. However, when I updated it on my iPhone it was accepted straightaway and I have no problem receiving my emails.

How can I send a series of photos as jpeg attachments so they are displayed as individual jpeg filenames, just as with "doc" files? Some recipients have trouble in isolating individual photos when my Mac only sends them as pictures.

After the latest iPhoto update a week or so ago, my ability to e-mail from iPhoto has stopped.I get an error:Â "Your email did not go through because the server did not reply.Check your Internet connection. If the connection is working properly, the email server may be down. Try sending your email again later."Â This is not the case, standard mails work fine and I have removed and added 2 different types of e-mail addresses in iPhoto and its the same (one a .me and one a sky.com) I have diabled the firewall (just in case) but still no joy.

using certificates to send encrypted emails from the Mail app. However, it's outdated and no longer supported by Apple. Do you guys know if 10.7.3 works the same way? Basically, I want to use a secure certificate to encrypt my outgoing email messages. I'm running 10.7.3.Â

So I been trying for awhile to get my school email to work with the mac mail client and finally got it to recieve but it won't send. How do I change smtp to pop for outgoing mail?

Up until today my MAIL app in my iMac let me use an email address that is from the AOL.com group (netscape.net)…I cannot send emails now because I can't get the computer to connect to the server. My iPad will….but not the desktop. I tried using a different server name; smtp.nestcape.net, which is the one I used in the iPad…but the iMac won't let me change it to that one..so back to the old smtp.aol.com……Still my MAIL app is not recognizing this or letting me connect!?!. I tried creating a new password at the wedpage of that email account.. successfully..but it has made no difference. I am stumped and have wasted half the day trying to deal with this.

I cannot send mail from my iMac today even though I was able to do it yesterday. I am on Mountain Lion. The Connection Doctor says that one of the SMTP servers of all those I have used in the past is connected. (The "light" is green.) I suspect there is something wrong in the Mail Preferences, but I don't know where to start to fix this problem. When I tried troubleshooting a related mail problem a few weeks ago, I received an error message saying that more than one account was attached to that SMTP server. Where I should start?

I am completely lost on what has happened to my computer. I have 900,007 photos in iphoto trash I am unable to delete. Each time I try I get a notice from apple. They are not my photos they are stuff from the internet I do not want and I do not know how they got there.

First time trying to create a group in Address Book and send the members an e-mail. Looks like the group is set up properly in Address Book, but I can't e-mail to the group. When I enter the group name in "To:" in a new e-mail in Mail, the name disappears when I hit Enter or move hte cursor to the right. I have to click in the field to the right just to get the group name to stay in the field.
When I send the message I get this back: "This message couldnt be sent because the following internal error occurred: This message couldnt be sent because you havent specified any recipients." I can manually address the email to the individual group members, but why isn't Mail adding the group members as recipients when I enter the group name?
