For work, I need to send photos to my editor via email. In Mail, the jpgs automatically become embedded in the body of the the email, but my editor would prefer to receive them as attachments. Is there any way to send photos as attachments in Mail, rather than embedded email itself?

Is there a way that Mail can work like MS Entourage or Outlook and more professionally attach files to the message? For example when I attach a picture or audio file its always embedded into the message at the bottom or top of the email. Outlook and Entourage do not work that way.

Pages will only let me embed hyperlink into text.So I made a line "click here" next to the logo and linked it to that. It works fine but when emailing it the logos don't arrive on the receiving end. I need to create a Watch Folder that when a file is dropped in, a folder action is triggered and that file is moved to another folder and an email is sent to say that the file has been moved.Â
The easy bit is creating the Watch Folder action, I have that working no problem. I can also send the email but what I can't figure out is how to customize the email content to say which specific file has been moved? How can I obtain the file name and paste that into the email notification?Â

I have had a problem for a long time of videos on certain websites not playing on my MacBook Pro. I have the latest Lion OS update as well as the latest Flash update. I never have a problem with Youtube and most video plays fine but some websites, like for instance, news sites will not respond. I get a black screen with no controls or anythiing. Now I am having this problem with a site called MailChimp. I use FIrefox but it will not play in either Safari or Chrome.

I can send images as attachments, but received mail with images displays blue box with ?. Using "download image" has no effect. When I send a PDF to a windows user, the PDF shrinks. I'm not talking about file size, but when they open the document, it's 50-75% of the original size and hard to read.Â

I'm running 10.7.3 Server to host a Wiki with a local business. Everything is running great except for one thing. Embedded media.
Whenever we attach video files or keynote media, it will play back on the machine we posted it from but once anyone else pulls up the content on their machine it will show a media playback bar but will not play back. We've tried .mov, .m4v, .mp4 etc. and it will never play back.
