Apr 21, 2009I just KNOW there is a keyboard shortcut for going back to the previous page without going to the arrow but cannot find out how to do it.

Safari :: Disable (Command + Arrow) Back And Forward Keyboard Shortcut?
Apr 27, 2012How can I disable the (Command + "Left or Right Arrow") Keystroke in Safari that navigates Back and Forward. If I could also disable the (delete) key from navigating back, I would be happy.
I edit text with these keystrokes all the time and now that I've upgraded to Lion and Safari 5.1.5 I run into problems with my workflow.
I just want (delete) to delete text and (Command + Arrow Key) to select a whole line of text.

Jun 4, 2014You move the mouse over to the scroll bar, favorites bar, minimize, etc... and the mouse is stuck in the wrong icon, be it the text pointer, hand pointer, window resize pointer... when it should be the arrow. It is such an obvious bug and I can't believe Apple hasn't noticed this.

Dec 21, 2009I have the white Macbook (non-unibody). As I was cleaning it a few minutes ago, I broke off the cover to the up arrow key. The key and white/clear hinge thing is still attached to the underside of the key. The key works fine when I press the rubber button but the top plastic key is off.

I might have spilled a splash of coffee in the area several weeks ago, but it only recently stopped working. Sep 9, 2014I take pics for safety inspections and I can edit them in paint on my PC but I need a referral to a good app to do the same for my mac. The arrows I point to the safety issues and usually add a caption so when I take it back to the directors I can show a presentation of the exact safety issues that need fixing. Using photo proof and adding the arrows and caption make it much more professional. But there are so many apps out there I don't want to waste $29.99 for an app if it doesn't work or if y'all know of a better one.

Aug 29, 2009I spilled some water on my laptop this morning but it wasn't a lot and seemingly nothing happened. Then several hours later all of the sudden my delete key and arrow keys are not working. I can only assume this has something to do with the spill. My MacBook Pro is over 2 years old and I'm pretty sure the warranty is long expired. I definitely can't afford a new one or expensive repairs. Is there anyway to change the function of my keys? In other words can I change say one of my shifts or command keys into a new delete key ?

Dec 3, 2009I just bought the latest macbook pro. It is actually my first mac so I'm not really sure if this is supposed to happen. But I tried plugging in my "ordinary pc" (meant to say that is not a Mac mouse) mouse which is an A4Tech brand. It's working when I move the mouse in huge spaces. It goes smoothly that way. But when I try to move it in small little spaces, it's kind of like not going smoothly. Especially when I'm working on small details like Photoshop, it's kind of difficult to maneuver the mouse arrow. I tried other "pc" mouse as well but it's just the same.. Does this really happen if I'm not using Mac's mouse? How do I fix this?
