I need to download my photos from my phone but my sync never transfers my photos to the computer. the only photo thing I see is photo booth and I can't make that work either. Do I need to get download iphoto?

I got an enormous external hard drive and it worked fine for a week or two, but now I am getting "start up disk is full" again-which is impossible-but obviously I am doing something wrong. This is so incredibly frustrating. I cannot even download new photos! If it can't be resolved, my new found love of Apple Macbook may return to reliable PC!!

I have a Nokia N78 cellphone which I can sync to my Macbook Pro using iSync. This works fine for photos, iCal, contacts but I what I would like to do is to be able to back up and view my sms on my Mac. Does anybody know if there is anyway of achieving this (free if possible)? If not, can anybody recommend a phone (other than the obvious iPhone) that has this syncing capability with Macs? I am looking to update my phone soon anyway.

As this adds a lot of memory I figured this was a good time to 'clean up' my computer. I want to get all my photos off my computer and store them on an external hard drive(s). I have all my NEFS stored on a a separate internal hard drive. I collected all the images and deleted copies and filed them in separate folders depending on how they were 'saved'. My question is when I clicked on the 'house' and clicked Downloads it shows tons of images. The folders are still on my desktop as I have not as yet put them on an external hard drive. Would it be safe to delete all these images in my Downloads folder or could these images be the ones I have stored in folders as well?

I'd like to use my mac (Imac and Macmini) for sending/receiving faxes and perhaps for CPI (computer phone integration).I have obtained a USRobotics usb modem. The question I have is do I need to connect that modem to the same connection (using a splitter) to where my telephone handset is ?If I connect this usb modem from the macmini to the phone line (not where the handset is), can I then use the Imac to connect to the phone for fax/cpi|? It is all the same phone line and on the same wifi.

I have an AT&T Express 3G card I use to use with my MBP (which I sold yesterday). I am picking up a MacBook Air today during my lunchbreak . Since the MBA does not have an express slot, I have the following options for high speed internet on the go:
1. Get a USB 3G Modem or get a USB adapter for my current express card. The only problem is it would stick out and take up the only USB port on the MBA.
2. Get a 3G phone capable of sharing the connection over bluetooth. It would look seemless, but I would have to make sure the phone is charged. I currently use an iPhone as my main phone.
I take a train ride everyday to and from work, so I've gotten used to (spoiled?) having high speed internet. If I go with option 2, I would probably get a phone that is not that feature packed, I just want a stable and reliable connection, as thats all I would be using it for.
I have a mobile that have internet conection. so I want to share the internet with a macbook pro 13"

Can you call an Apple Store and purchase something that they will hold for you when you come in? I wanted to pick up a macbook pro today but it's an hour drive and want to make sure it's available at that configuration. Also do they need to see the credit card used? It's a corporate card that I don't physically have on me.
