Jun 7, 2012My iMac i5 2.7 10.7.4 looses connection with both Magic mouse and trackpad everytime I switch to my account. The Mac reports nothing.Â
After the mouse switching of and on, it takes a few minutes to build up the connection again.Â

Feb 5, 2010my MBP with SL 10.6.2 keeps loosing the bluetooth association with my Magic Mouse after a reboot. As a result, MagicPrefs does not work either. Only way to get working is to delete "com.apple.Bluetooth.plist" from the Library folder and restart. It's very annoying.

Mar 17, 2009I got my Mac on Saturday and since then I have had 2 instances of the mouse ceasing to work.I have checked that bluetooth is on, which it is, and MM is listed there as an attached device. However, when you move the mouse, nothing happens, the cursor stays put.I end up connecting a spare mouse. Disconnecting MM from the bluetooth menu, then re-connecting.The batteries are new and I've tried a couple of sets.

Feb 25, 2012I was on my Mac and this happens somewhat often. I loose wifi connection and I have to go to the little wifi tab and select my network again. It doesn't ask for my password but it connects again. I am quite irritated with this, and it is embarrassing when my friends who have pcs come over "you have got a stupid Mac!" I love my Mac I don't want to ruin its great reputation.

Mar 31, 2012why my Imac looses connection with my tele2 broadband. It does not find the airport after a few minutes run. And when I do a diagnostics it findes it again and says "it seems to work normally" and then after a few minutes again it fails.

Apr 27, 2012It keeps on losing connection, like during the times I have to lift it up and then put it down, or when I stretched my arms a bit, covering not much distance with it away from the laptop. The battery, as I type this, is at 91%. I'm still using it, but a little this or that, or like when I bump my knee into the table, it goes off. This is the version I currently have:

It is constantly losing it's connection taking seconds to sometimes minutes to finally re-connect. It's happening while the mouse is idle or while I'm using it (it happened right after I clicked to start this thread in fact!)

Nov 7, 2009I have a strange issue with my TimeCapsule (firmware version 7.4.2). The TimeCapsule is connected to my router, an AVM FRITZ!Box 7140, via an ethernet cable, and I connect my MacBook Pro wirelessly with the Time Capsule. Every few hours or so (but sometimes once in every 10 minutes), the light on the TimeCapsule blinks yellow for about 10 seconds, and during that time the MacBook Pro looses connection to the internet. My best guess is that the TimeCapsule somehow looses its own internet connection.
Two more details: the TimeCapsule is in Bridge Mode, and I do not see any relevant entries in AirPort Utility's logs...

Mar 19, 2012I have got a new magic mouse but it does not scroll, the scrolling feature does not show in mouse preferences, it only shows tracking speed and double-click speed. In Bluetooth preferences it says the mouse is connected and paired, but in Keyboard & Mouse Bluetooth preferences the keyboard name is there and it shows the battery level, but shows no name or battery level for the mouse.

May 12, 2012After about a week I finally managed to reinstall Mac OSX Snow Leopard...I took a RAM stick out at random and it worked...good thing there weren't any Genius bar appointments which suited me. Anyway, now I need to connect a keyboard I've already got my USB keyboard in it (The same size one as the wireless one...but this one's wired) I've unplugged it, plugged it back in. I've dug out my wireless keyboard and nothing's happened (Yes, the green light blinks.I put my iMac to sleep, I turned it off, it still isn't working...Â
I could try and find a wired mouse/keyboard somewhere...but I can't believe my wired Apple keyboard isn't working with it I'm surprised Apple think this wireless stuff is a good thing...I'm more surprised my wired keyboard won't connect.It's an iMac 11,2 (I think - Whatever the late 2010 one was) and I'm running Snow Leopard.Â
Also - When's it safe to put the RAM back in? Or is it actually faulty and I need to get a replacement? How can I check?

Sep 2, 2010buying one of these to replace my mouse.There's no store where i live so i can't go into the store and try both I'v never tried the apple trackpad on their laptops either.I used a lot of windows laptops before and what i can say.They were so bad that i always had a little mouse in my back I rly don't know what to expect for the apple track pad.Can it replace completely the mouse and is it comfortable to work with ? Or should i go with the mouse ?

Mar 22, 2012It just randomly freezes, cutting off all ability to navigate the desktop.Re-booting the system resolves the problem, but leaves me with a lot of lost work.SOMETIMES taking out and putting back in the batteries resolves the problems, but not often.The kayboard continues to work, so it doesn't seem to be a bluetooth issue.Â
