Intel Mac :: Add Picture Representing Myself In Email?
May 30, 2012
I have a photo of myself attached to my contacts under my name. I want to attach the same photo to my email as I see other people's photo when I receive their email. How do I do this?
My emails, at least as I see them before I send them, have a picture of me in the upper right hand corner. I want to get rid of it. I have looked everywhere in Mail, etc.
I thought I saw a presentation somewhere of someone adding a picture to an email that had a picture frame using iPhoto! I would love to send a picture of my baby cousin with a frame around it and I do not know how! Does anyone know?
Sometimes when i receive e-mails or visit a site with pictures, i can't see the picture, only a square with a? Is this for security reason and how can i solve this phenomenon? Sometimes the picture/photo opens in an other window with the righthand click, but not always. Another problem is: when i copy a photo and past it in my mail or other document, i get the url, but not the picture itself.
I want to remove my picture from my email address. When I send an email, my address automatically sends my picture, how do I remove the picture from the address?
I would like to take a picture from my library and send it as an attachment in a email. The only way it seems to be able to be sent is by embedding it in the letter.
I have some screenshots which I would like to paste directly into an outgoing mail message. I am NOT talking about adding it as an attachment, and am NOT talking about simply adding an icon within the message which the recipient must then click on in order to open up and see the screenshot. What I am talking about is PASTING the screenshot/picture directly into the body of the mail so that the recipient can see it right away the same way it can be done in Outlook. I have seen up to this point completely misses the mark by explaining how to add an icon (which needs to be clicked to be seen) within the mail rather than answering how the image can be shown in the message itself.
I want to change my user profile picture to a custom picture on my hard disk - but can't seem to figure out how. It only gives me the option to choose from the default pictures ...
Info: MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)
As stated in title, the desktop picture will randomly revert to a picture I had up there months ago, usually when I run the battery all the way down on my unibody MB, but also when I change display settings when i plug into an external monitor.
Do I just need just reset the PRAM or is there something else I'm missing.
BTW, I have searched and I know I only have a few posts...
i was wondering if Imovie HD has any tools to let me put one video inside of another. i'm trying to record guitar and i want to show the video for two parts at the same time?
I just bought a imac and I'm trying to send a picture as an attachment. I showes up in the body of the email. How do I get it to be just an attachment like on a computer?
im trying to change my main user picture when i log into my imac. i know the procedure but everytime i go to restart my pc or boot it up its the same old display pic of mine. im using mac lion.
Pictures are displayed in the system preferences/desktop & screen saver window. However, when I click on an image to make it the active desktop wallpaper, nothing happens. I've rebooted. Now what?
For the last year, I've had the same desktop picture on my iMac screen (picture of a cruise ship). I've never noticed this problem until today: the lines and contour of the cruise ship are imprinted on my screen. When I change my desktop picture to a solid color, I still see the lines and contour of the cruise ship! Is there a way to fix this or is my monitor pretty much garbage. As a graphic designer, these lines are very distracting and I can't work like that...
if i go in to my iphoto i can see all my pictures but if i click on any of tham i see a big ! mark in a gray triengle. all of the pictures are like that
i dont know how to fix it and i did not see anyting an the web to fix it
I Set my desktop picture from iPhoto. I shut down and the next time I start up the default galaxy pictures appears. How do I get my selected photo to stay as my desktop image?
I need to take a photograph or image and make it a link to a URL! Preview does not work properly with all platforms! CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND AN APP OR PROGRAM WHICH WILL DO THIS, PDF OR OTHER IMAGE FILE IS OK Some type of PDF editor maybe? Ive read descriptions of almost every app in mac app store but the one i found that says it links to the web had terrible reviews and people said it does not work?
