View 5 Replies View RelatedWhen I last used my computer (4days ago) everything was fine! now it gets stuck in zoom and there are no "x" on my tabs. So now the only way I can close a tab is by command w and I have to close the window to get out of zoom. I've read you have to reset safari to fix it but then I also have read that doesn't work and you lose all your saved web pages.

Is there a way, to use the "Graphite" theme but have the minimize/zoom/close buttons coloured as in the "Blue" theme? I prefer the more simple Graphite theme but with occasional apps have to think twice, which button to click, to minimise but not close.
These are apps, that show the three buttons inconveniently vertical instead of horizontal (Speed Download or the iTunes miniplayer.
i can not zoom in and zoom out in the finder's windows with the folders as in snow leopard i was able to make the folders bigger with the zoom pinch in and out but i was unable to do with it in mac lion

I run safari and am browsing then notice the screen at that moment slides a little to the right with a replica behind it then slides back like a flicker. I can't reproduce it. Also my screen will suddenly enlarge (in any application) yet the zoom feature is off in system prefs - universal access - seeing - zoom.

I am having issues when watching video's on my mac, which seemed to happen after upgrading to OS Lion.
When watching video's horizontal lines float up the screen, it tends to happen when the camera changes or something moves. The line almost disjoints the picture slightly as it floats to the top of the screen. This is obviously very distracting! Â

I've had my iMac for over 2 years now. Last Thursday, I left it on for more than 3 hours and it started having black and white verticals lines appearing on the bottom and top part of my desktop and the cursor. Yesterday, when I checked it again, it was still there! What can I do to fix it, WITHOUT going to a Apple store?

I have recently noticed two vertical lines (seem to be a lighter shade of display screen color) running top to bottom on my desktop. They stay on my display screen all of the time. This lovely old guy was purchased May 2006 but has every upgrade (except Lion....running Snow Leopard) and full component of memory...serves me well but I need to know if this is a sign I am losing my hardware.
