ITunes :: "Move To Recycle Bin" Dialog Box Not Appearing Anymore

My names Mike and I'm quite a computer savvy person. I've usually always been able to fix my own computer problems, but I'm stumped this time. I've been using iTunes since iTunes 4.0 was released. I love it (just about the only Mac product I do like). Anyway, I like a clean computer, rid of music I don't like/listen to. Usually I just delete a song or 2 within the library and I always got 2 dialog boxes. Basically, 1. Asking me if I'm sure I want to delete it and 2. To keep the files or move to the recycle bin.
Well, recently, up to the new iTunes release 9.1.0.79, every time I delete a file from the library, I only get dialog box number 1, and not number 2. So it only deletes the file from the library, not the hard drive. So I've had to personally go into the folder and delete it I've tried to do some research myself, and it appears for the second dialog box to show it's face, the file you're deleting must be in the iTunes folder... well, that's ruled out. All my music is auto-organized by iTunes within it's own folder.

I've just updated to FCPX 10.1.3 and cannot get the "share" dialog to appear anymore. I've tried calling it up through the file menu, through Command-E and through the little share icon on the right. When attempting through file, the file menu disappears as if the command has been recognised, yet no dialogue appears. When attempting through the share button, there is not suggestion that even my click has been recognised, yet I am able to click "add destination" at the bottom.
I've tried opening up a new, blank project and adding a single, unaltered clip and get the same problem. As mentioned before, I'm running FCPX 10.1.3, on OSX 10.9.4. I've used FCP on my machine before (including exporting) with no problems.

I tried to move a load of unwanted iTunes files to the recycling bin, but missed! They duly loaded onto the desktop, then the computer hung (there were only about 3,000 of them, by the way!) What can I do to put my little baby's desktop right? On a related issue, my recently purchased G5 dual desktop refuses to acknowledge my G4 (which is in firewire 'target disk' mode') I have connected 6 pin to 6 pin.

I added an album to Itunes and it is not appearing in my library. The album appears in Icloud, and I am able to download to iOS devics. Rebooted Itunes, and still not appearing.

When I connect my iPhone to the Mac, the attached image always shows up ( as a window ) . I've looked under the iTunes panel for the iPhone and there isn't even a folder that it should be synced...
How can I disable/fix it?

My movies which were purchased on my iMac using my appleID are not appearing on my Apple TV2 using the same appleID. How can I make them appear? Aren't they all available in the iCloud?

A friend gifted an album to me. I entered the code and have downloaded the songs to my iphone. I signed in to the same account on my MBP but the songs are not appearing in the iTunes purchased list.

Recently downloaded audiobooks are not appearing in the 'BOOKS' category, but in the main music library. I have tried dragging and dropping so that they appear there, but to no avail. Have also changed the info so that it reads 'books' or 'audiobooks' but they will not appear in the Books section of my library which makes finding them tricky. I have previously downloaded titles and they have been recognised as Audiobooks and been properly categorized. (These recent titles have been downloaded from Audiogo. )

I have about 100 voice memos recorded on my iPhone 3GS and which have successfully synched with my MacBook Pro, which i recently upgraded to Lion. When I open up iTunes, there they all are listed in my Voice Memos playlist.
The voice memos are lists of french vocabulary and so I created themed playlists in iTunes on my mac and arranged the voice memos in the different playlists. When I open the playlists on my Mac's iTunes, they are all there. I have synced them with my phone and the name of the playlists appears on my phone but when I open the playlists, they are empty. I am manually selecting music and playlists to be synced. i have checked the boxes for:
sync music
selected playlists, artists...
playlists (the specific playlists)
and in the genres topic, i have selected voice memos i created a music playlist just now and that works fine, but not with memos.

I add an album to iTunes, all the songs are on recently added playlist but they don't appear on MUSIC, by artist or anything...It is really wierd and anoying, they do appear on my iPod Classic by artist or anything is just on iTunes they seem nowhere to be found!

I have purchased several ringtones using my iphone 4 and they do not appear in my itunes account in the purchased section. I had to plug into a different computer than I usually do to charge my phone and all of my ringtones are now gone. Do I have to repurchase tones?

I've always been able to burn CDs on my macbook pro until recently. Sometimes it will burn one cd and then I try to burn another and some of the songs will play on the cd but then the rest won't or the cd wont burn at all. I thought it might be the type of CD im using but i bought a different kind and tried them on other computers and the problem is definitely my computer.

iTunes LPs have stopped working for me for some reason. It's been like this for months and I haven't found a solution anywhere. When I click on the LP file, nothing happens. Nothing pops up, nada. It's like as if I hadn't clicked on it at all. This is affecting ALL my iTunes LPs. I checked the files in the iTunes media folder and they all seem to be there iTunes just won't open them. I have the latest version of iTunes and I'm using a 2010 iMac 27" running Mac OS X Lion, the latest version.

I upgraded to Itunes 12.0.1.26. When I go to album info/artwork I drag, or add from saved location, a movie poster from Ben Dodson (Standard Resolution). The poster appears in the box but when I click ok the movie box shows the working wheel but when its done the poster is not added and its the default box. *Note I am working with my own added movie and not an iTunes Purchase and my media library is on a local network drive. Also I did not have a problem adding posters in iTunes 11.

Since I've upgraded to Mavericks and iTunes 11.2.1, I have been unable to share my library on my admin machine with any of the other iMacs in my class. I used to do this via sharing and my library would show up as being shared in the available column in the classroom machines.
Now it doesn't show on any of the remote machines at all, despite them all having sharing on. I have tried to do this via Home Sharing but the client machines will not allow home sharing (error-3170).

The drop-down menu for my speakers has stopped appearing in my iTunes.
I rebooted the Airport Express and checked the settings. According to the Airport Admin utility it's online.
Not sure what's wrong here. I have two mac's and the speakers aren't showing up on either.
For the record I have been using my Airport Express without any problems for about five months.

Older G5, with built in Airport, sees Airport Express to drive printer but iTunes doesn't see remote speakers wired to same AE. Was having occasional drop outs, replaced AE with new; seemed to be OK;then speakers stopped showing up in iTunes
(speakers work when cable plugged into iPhone)

I used to sync my iPhone 3G with my MacBook Pro (Agenda, Mail, iCal) with no problem. Then items from agenda and iCal began to appear duplicated. Couldn't find how to get rid of duplicates, so I deleted them by hand (one by one!). Next sync and now I have 600 contacts in my Mac, but 295 in my iPhone; 928 songs in my Mac, but 915 in my iPhone). I've tried everything I can think of (basically changing settings and restoring my iPhone) but nothing happens. After some syncs even a message appeared: "iPhone can not be syncronized because a disk is needed" or something of that sort.

I'm using 10.7.3. iTunes 10.6. MacBook Pro 2.6Ghz 4GB ram. ITunes won't play my video anymore and it's been a while I'm not sure when it occurred if it's after an update to snow leopard or iTunes updates. When I double click a video I get "This movie requires QuickTime, which is not supported by this version of iTunes."? And cannot convert the option doesn't work I get this other message when trying to convert a version for APPLE TV in advanced menu "None of the selected files were converted because they could not be found."?
But the movies are quicktime movies in my library and the MPEG-4 plays in iTunes but not on APPLE TV. From all my videos I get one only going through APPLE TV and when I try opening it it says error occured why opening and never works? It seems APPLE is regularly messing things up in updates to loose people so they have to pay for tech support, I didn't upgrade to iPhoto 11 and cannot import anything anymore into it so my entire library is a dead one; not a cool way to do business than messing people software so they have to buy newer versions!

It's the weirdest thing. I can drag a few songs out onto the desktop, then it stops letting me. Only a restart fixes this temporarily.

I have an application in my recycle bin that won't go away! It is insisting that it's in use. I've tried restarting my computer a couple times and have had no success.
Is there some way to tell what's using a particular file or something? Or perhaps some way to force the recycle bin to empty? It's really getting annoying.

I have iTunes 9.1.1.12 on my PC and iMac. I used to be able to copy songs from one library to the other via the iTunes sharing option. They are both on the same account with Apple, but now I cannot copy. When I drag and drop, nothing happens. I can't find another way to do it other than using an external source to copy, but I'd like to do it within iTunes!
Has this option been turned off in the latest release? The only thing I can think of besides upgrading iTunes to the latest release is that I was at 5 computers authorized, so I deauthorized all of them, and re-authorized the two computers that I'm using in this scenario.

As I was trashing folders and apps and other stuff while looking for an answer to my Dock problems, I discovered that Trash doesn't seem to act the same way my old PC recycle bin did. There is no function to restore anything; rather, it seems you just open the trashed item. (Also seems that you don't delete in Finder, you just "move to the Trash," is that the same?) Can you trash a program App and simply change your mind and reinstall it from the Trash?

Yesterday in school this girl had a Windows laptop and we were sitting close to each other in the hall. I noticed she was deleting files and after a few (I think big movie files) Windows told her it was too big to fit in the trash and asked her if she wanted to delete it permanently.
