i have recently gotten a new album and i want to put it onto my ipod, and everytime i do, it says,"The iPod "_______'s iPod" cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019)."but when i go onto my music for the ipod, whatever i tried to add onto it will be listed there, and when i eject it, it won't be on the ipod?
I have an iPod Touch and it hasn't ever given me problems with syncing music until recently. Everytime I try to sync music onto it on itunes with my Mac computer (which is how I always do t) it won't let me. A message pops up that says "An unknown error has occured (13019)." Does anyone know what 13019 means? Is it a code for the type of error it is?
I cannot sync my old ipod into my new computer without losing the music from my ipod. I want my music from my ipod to be transferred onto my new computer.
I'm experiencing a very specific problem with my itunes, everytime I want to sync my itunes library with my ipod (2nd generation - 20GB), gives me an error saying something like I can not upload all the music because I have not enough free space on my ipod which is true, but I would like to transfer only the checked musics and itunes is not making any distinction between checked and non checked musics.
I have an old macbook that has all my songs on, as well as my iPod. I have recently got an iMa which currently has no music on, how would I transfer the music from the iPod to the new iMac, or alternatively from the old Macbook to the iMac?
Itunes fails to sync with my Ipod - a message appears stating that the Ipod has insufficient memory, when in fact there is 5.7 Gb available - I'm running OSX10.5 Leopard having recently upgraded from Tiger

My iPod touch and iPhone cannot be synced with my iTunes. This is not an issue with my USB ports or cord as the computer recognizes the devices are plugged in and begins charging them. I've updated everything and restarted, nothing is working.
I am trying to sync my iPod Nano with my MacBook Pro. It now says that the file is missing and instantly ejects it.....any one got any suggestions for this? or how I can roll back my iTunes update as it is a waste of time if it is doing this!
Couple days ago I deleted a playlist on my Itunes accidentally. Luckily I have all my music backed up on an External HD. I remade the playlist on Itunes, transferred the music from my Ext. HD to the playlist, connected my ipod to have it synced, then disoconnected my HD and Ipod after sync and when I search the playlist on my Ipod I only get 29 of the 142 songs synced. Can someone please tell me what could be going wrong?
I am looking for a way to synch my iTunes library on my macbook like an iPod. Basically, my main iTunes library on my mac mini is HUGE. Way bigger than will fit on the 250gb drive on my macbook. So I am looking for a way to sync my macbook in the same fashion as an iPod. I want to choose a few playlists to send over and keep synced. Maybe 50gb or so of data so that when I am away from my main computer I can have music with me. The reason I want to do this is my 30GB ipod recently dove off the deep end and I dont have the finances to get a new one yet. But I usually have my laptop with me most places and like to listen to music. I have found ways to keep 2 libraries synced but not be able to partially sync one. Anyone have any ideas on how or if this is even possible?
I have a brand new Macbook Air. I transfered my iTunes library from my old mac to the new one. However, some songs weren't on the old computer, they were only on the iPod classic.Â
When I try to sync the iPod classic, it tells me 539 songs aren't on the new computer, should it sync? I say yes. Then it says that the computer is no longer authorized. I fill in the authorization with the correct userid and password (it comes prefilled with a very strange userid that I've never seen before.) Â
It tries to sync, then I get the same message, that the computer is no longer authorized. Â
I'm assuming there's a certificate or cookie some place that's out of wack -- can you tell me where it is and I can go delete it? Â
PS. I was able to successfully sync my iPod Nano to the new computer without this issue at all. Then again, it didn't have any songs on it that weren't already on the new computer. I haven't tried syncing my iPod Mini to the new computer yet.
My laptop has died and so I am off to purchase a MacBook Pro at the weekend. My concern is my iTunes account and credit which is on my laptop. My iTunes library is a combination of purchased songs and songs copied from my own CDs.
Will I be able to sync my iPod to the MacBook Pro thereby retrieving my credit and songs?
I need to clear all my music and video content off of it. I backed it up all to my iPod. Can I then just sync the iPod's contents back to the new computer iTunes?
with my iPod 5G, I recently switched from automatic synching to adding music manually, because my library exceeds the 60GB storage. Now, in the appropriate iTunes window, I find the options to do so by lists, artists, genres, and albums, and the only option I can use is this last one. However, it does not list them by the name applied to them in my iTunes library, but instead a mixture of artist and album title, which makes it very uncomfortable to handle. I would rather have this list to be sorted exactly by the album names as applied in the title information in iTunes.
Anybody know about a good program to transfer music from an iPod to iTunes? Just got a mac mini, and time machine didn't back up my library. I was able to recover purchased songs, but not the rest.
I need help getting my music from my older ipod onto my new iphone. i have a mac which i thought would make it easier but i don't understand. when i go to sync it it says that its going to erase and replace the music in my library but i dont have music on my laptop yet.
I have many songs on my ipod nano but I cant load them onto my newly purchased mac. It does an auto sync when I plug it in but only reads the itunes purchases that I have made, and loads them onto my itunes, however I have laods of other music from my cd collection that I have put onto my nano ipod manually through itunes downloading on my old windows pc.
How can I import the music from my ipod nano to macbook air?I have no music yet on iTunes on the mac. There is only the option to sync itunes with my ipod and then all songs on my ipod would be deleted - is the other way around also possible??
my imac 2.4 core2duo died. i immediately bought a new 21.5" 2.8 i7 iMac. The only thing I regretted was that I lost my music catalog - imported from PC to the first iMac and added to, this included the napster hey day stuf too. Â
I just realized that all that old stuff is also on an old iPod that i have (how I transferred the music to the iMac 2.4 in the first place.Â
How do I get this music into the new 21.5" iMac? The iTunes on the new computer allows me to play it from the iPod, but not move it into the iMac.Â
