i have been renting movies on itunes for several times, and the last 2 times, i had an error -42110. and i can't play the movies.is there any way to get rid of this?.i have a mac. i mean renting a movie and not been able to see it?

I've never had an issue with renting from iTunes before, but I'm getting the following message tonight: "An unknown error occurred (- 50)." I'm not seeing any support links or "report problems" from within iTunes. (I know I'm connected because I just updated a ton of apps.)

I tried renting Transformers and when the download was complete, an error occured and the movie won't play. And the transaction still took place. The error read: We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occured (5103).
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have movies that i have downloaded, ive converted them into m4v. I've tried to move these to a new folder called music video. when I do this itunes freezes then errors so I have to force quit. When I restart it sorta looks like the video is still there but a generic picture is there and the video wont play, its like its there but not at the same time. This has happened about 6 times now on 3 different shows. I delete and recopy to itunes, try again and it does this all over again. Now I just copied it in again and Im leaving it there till theres a solution, at least here it works, but i would like to organize more. I never had this problem before and to honest, im not eally sure when it start, but very recently.FYI, this is Itunes 10?

When I transfered it to the ipad, somehow something happened and it dissapear. I have been trying to re-download it whithout success because just before it finishes, and error appears.

We have .3gp recordings. All of a sudden, we started getting this error on some of our computers. Example: I want to play test.3gp; I try to open test.3gp in QuickTime, and I get an error that reads...
"Error -2002: A bad public movie atom was found in the movie:test.3gp" But when I go to play test2.3gp, it plays fine. This issue varies from computer to computer. I get this error on all three of my machines. 2 Windows 7 64bit, and 1 Windows 7 32bit. My colleague and boss can play test.3gp fine through QuickTime on their computers. One is Windows 7 64bit the other is 32bit.
Anyone know some causes of this and hopefully a way to solve it? I tried cleaning up registry errors, running as administrator, updating, reinstalling... Nothing is working.

I have been trying to download the app Remote from iTunes for the past two weeks without success. I had Remote installed and happily working, but earlier in the month the latest Remote update was probably broken and the app cannot be updated or re-downloaded from iTunes, the error I get is 408.

Every time I try to export a movie in iMovie or burn a disk in iDVD an error message pops up and says that my startup disk is full. So I bought an external hard drive and backed up my mac using Time Machine. Now I want to delete everything off my mac's internal Hard Drive and use my external hard drive so I can empty my disk. Does this make sense? If so will you please tell me how to do so.

I synced my iphone 4 to get the movie on my phone so I could watch it on my phone during slow times at work. However I cannot get the movie to sync? So all my other movies which were ripped with handbrake work fine. I have those under the "movie" catergory and they are fine and sync fine. This purchased movie will not go to my phone. It does show under my "purchased" playlist with all the songs I have bought. However it isn't showing in my iphone under the playlist! I can play the movie fine off of my macbook and even moved it to my movie category with the rest of the movies. I have "include movies from playlists" checked under movies when snycing but it doesn't show on my iphone. I have looked thru and spotlight searched it and no go What am I doing wrong on this itunes purchased movie?

When I got to the point of redownloading all my iTunes purchases I checked to see if everything was downloaded and it keeps showing that 1 movie and 1 tv show need downloading yet they already are downloaded both SD and HD.
