When I go to Purchased, I see movies available that I have already downloaded. I have tried deleting the movies and re-downloading them but it had no affect. iTunes does not recognize that I already have the movies. To save wasted responses:
* I deleted and redownloaded the movies
* I restarted iTunes
* I restarted the computer
* These are identical movies (no HD/SD differences)

I have music that I own but recently transfered to my new mac. When I attempt to authorize my music on this computer, I get the message "Machine authorization successful", but when I try to play the music, it asks for my iTunes user/pass again. It constantly says I am authorized, but never plays. I tried deauthorizing all computers and trying again, but this does not work.

View 3 Replies View RelatedIs there a way to remotely deauthorize computers from itunes? My songs were all authorized to play on my computer all of a sudden some are deauthorized and are asking me to authorize it again. Then it says 5 computers are already authorized. I only have 2 in my house right now. The screwy thing is they used to be authorized on this computer anyway.

I love AirPlay. I use it on my iPod Touch the moment I get home to play music to my speakers connected via AirPort Express. I use it on my iPad too when i'm watching a movie..
Even on my MBP when listening to music from iTunes. But Movies in iTunes don't work. The AirPlay icon in a movie playing in iTunes only shows "computer" and doesn't show any other options.
Is there any way to de-authorize all computers associated with an iTunes account without going to each machine?
Reason being... I had a few computers that I've since reloaded that I forgot to de-authorize them before wiping them out. Unfortunately, they must be still in there because I'm not able to add any of my new reloaded machines. (says I've reached my 5 machine max)
No type of video will play. ITunes says that the computer needs to be authorized to play videos. I have already authorized it. I've deauthorized it a few times and restarted the computer.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI tried to order act of valor as a rental, but did not work the first time. So i switched to my roommates computer and it began downloading on the same account. However, an error occured while i was downloading it but it still said i was being billed for the movie and had 24 hours remaining to view it. So i switched back to my original macbook pro to see if the download would work the second time. It is downloading but wont let me view the film because it was authorized to be viewed on the other computer as well.

The iTunes I have downloaded does not give me a deauthorize previous computers option nor does it give me an option to authorize the new computer. I purchased a song from iTunes today and after it downloaded I was unable play it after being told my computer was not authorized to play the song. After going through the steps to "authorize the computer" I was told it is already authorized. Thinking I was then going to be able to play the song, I was once again being told that my computer was not authorized.
