May 31, 2012Photo stream on my iPhone does not have all pictures in Photo stream on my computer. How do I get the missing pictures to show up on my iPhone? I followed the instructions to plug my iPhone into my computer. The instructions then indicate to select photos under devices to sync them but photos doesn't how up under devices.

I know I must be missing a step somewhere and being a Techie aka Nude it is really an irritant . Apr 10, 2012I imported a photo into iPhoto. If I click on it, click actions and share to Photostream, I get a message saying it is already in Photostream. Yet, it does not show up in the iPhoto Photostream folder on my Mac. Nor does it show up in my iPhone Photostream folder. I believe I have iCloud set up properly on both devices and have configured iPhoto correctly. Is there something I can do to force a sync?

Now it does this only when I download the update to my iTunes and then sync using USB. When I do a wired sync. I can't figure out how to make it do it again automatically.

Aug 18, 2009i recently got a new LaCie external hard drive in order to store photos from iphoto to free up space on my hd. However after researching how to do this i used the alt/option key when opening iphoto in order to create a new library, once i did this i directed the new library to my external hard drive. Now when i open iphoto there are no images and if i open my external hard drive to the new library it just opens iphoto and no images show up! What do i do? is there any way i can reverse the process?? Why is there nothing in my new eh library?

ITunes :: Cannot Download Pictures From IPhone 4
Jan 21, 2011I used to just plug my iPhone 4 (ver. 4.2.1) into my iMac and iTunes (I think) opened with a window showing pictures that were on my iPhone or somehow asked if I wanted to download (upload/import??) the pictures/movies to my iMac. I do not do this often, so I may well be forgetting something in the process. When I plug the iPhone in to the iMac, the first message that pos up is "no camera connected." Then iTunes opens and show my iPhone on left. I cannot find the pictures that I just took on the iPhone though.

May 23, 2009So I admit to fiddling around with the iPhoto folder in my Pictures section before I knew that was a bad idea. Basically I was trying to move pictures out of my iPhone library into another folder on my computer so they would be out of my iPhone library on my comp and my phone.
Anyway, now for some reason there are duplicates on my iPhone in the Photos app but not in the iPhoto app on my Mac. Any thoughts on what the hell I did?

She has a trial account currently, so from what I understand is tomorrow I go buy the family pack box set, set up my account (which will be the master account), cancel her account (disable synching on her iPhone before hand), add her account under account options in my account, and viola.Now here's my question:Since we will both be on the same 'family pack,' will she be able to view my emails, find my iPhone, pictures, or anything else? And vice versa.What I'm hoping is that even though they are in the same family pack, you will have to log in with each specific account (via password) to see mail, contacts, etc

Feb 15, 2012Our company recently switched to MacBook Pro computers. When I got mine I took it on vacation and uploaded pictures on it, and have the pictures on iCloud through PhotoStream. My company then installed software that encrypts the Mac, and also has a policy where I can't install iPhoto.
I can still see the pictures through my iPad on PhotoStream which is good. Is there any way possible to download my pictures from PhotoStream to another computer?I've tried to do it using my wife's MacBook Pro (and setting it with my iCloud settings), and on a PC laptop, but it seems like if it's in iCloud, and the computer you're on didn't upload it, you can't download it or even see it.
