View 3 Replies View RelatedI just updated my mozilla firefox to the new version and it deleted all of my bookmarks. I didn't think it was a big deal because I could just re add them. When I restarted the application after re adding all of them they just deleted again. I deleted firefox and re downloaded it but it still keeps deleting my bookmarks when I restart it.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have Firefox 3.5.3 running on PowerPc iMac with OS 10.4.11. When I search for a bookmark in "Organize Bookmarks" window, the found bookmark shows as 'location" the web address. However, it does not show the location of this bookmark in my bookmark tree. So I really can not find where this bookmark is located which was my problem in the first place. If this bookmark was misplaced in one of the folders I can not find it to move to the right spot. Is there any way to find the real location of this bookmark with the search and in any other way?

View 1 Replies View RelatedThere's something that's been bugging me for ages, literally years:
I've got a whole lot of music, 45 days worth, and I view it by date added and want to keep it that way for a number of reasons.
Problem is, when I want to play an album I have to click on the first track, then switch to album (or artist) display by the end of that track.
The other day I added an album by dragging it into iTunes in the Finder. I noticed that I could start and stop and advance and rewind tracks and it would go in order, from first to last track, even in Date Added mode, so it was visually moving up and down instead of from top to bottom.
Is there secretly a way to view in Date Added but have the next track be the next track on that album? Besides dragging the tracks into iTunes from the Finder I mean.
If anyone has a way to do this, it would seriously improve my life and I would be infinitely grateful.

View 1 Replies View Relatedlike many others I've been using FireFox the past year, but now I want to migrate back to Safari 4. With all my bookmarks that are now in Firefox, of course! Safari 4 has got an import feature. But what kind of file does it want? In any case I haven't a clue how to export my bookmarks from FireFox into any particular file. Do you?
The only thing I could think of to do was go into FF's Bookmarks edit mode and copy/paste the bookmarks menu into an .rtf and an .html file. But that bombed: Safari 4's import wanted neither.
Inexplicably, all my Safari bookmarks have vanished.
