I bought dajay app on one of my Macs and thoght that if I signed in with the same ID, I woudl not be charged again. ut I was.The one I downloaded is the newer version. Couldn't find the old version!
View 1 RepliesI'm trying to install OS X Lion on my 27" iMac.I've erased the HD using Disc Tool in recovery.HD shows no errors.I've tried Internet Recovery (it loads up, but wont start the installation)I've tried creating a recovery usb on another similar iMac, and use it on this. Same error, only differance is it keeps "loading" when installing, but nothing happens. Same error in log. When I try to start the Reinstall I get an error in the installation log that goes something like this:Â
Install Mac OS X Lion[354:9c03] Couldn't find app store version, falling back to hardcoded Can not connect to /var/run/systemkeychaincheck.socket: No such file or directory Apple Care suggested: Trying another network (doesn't work).Install with the original Snow Leopard DVD first, then upgrade (can't do that, the DVD is lost and a DVD from another friend is not working) What can I do to get around this error?

I´am having a problem with appstore. When I try to download an app I get this message: "PKInstallSandbox-tmp couldn’t be removed because you don’t have permission to access it." I have no idea what to do now. I can see that I have bought the app but it isn´t beeing installed on my computer. I have installed uppdates on my mac and that worked fine. I have alsow restarted the computer several times.

I have performed OS software updates via the software update drop down menu. Â I chose to perform updates this way because downloads are faster than through the APP store. A 10.7.xx update via software update takes about 30 minutes for ~ 4 GB. If I use the APP store it take 4 to 5 hours.Â
Unfortunately, theAPP store does not recognize that my system is up to date.Â
Am I missing something?

View 4 Replies View RelatedLooking for some advice as to how to find my iTunes library as I just installed iLife 08 with iTunes in the package but when I click on iTunes to load it up it comes back with this message "The file iTunes Library cannot be read because it was created with by a newer version of iTunes". Don't understand this. Now when I go into iDVD to create a new DVD and click on 'audio' I can see my old list of iTunes.
Anyone know how I could go about finding this and bringing this into the new iTunes 8 which was loaded with iLife 8. I'm almost 70 years old and not quite up to speed you might say. My problem re this is a lot of the library songs which were on iLIfe 6 version of iTunes belong to my daughter who does not have the internet so she comes over and uses mine for her iTunes downloads.
I had Safari 4 dev preview installed then i removed it after installing 10.5.4 because i needed some plugins that wasn't working, the problem is that when i uninstalled it using the uninstaller in the dmg i got Safari 3.1.1 no problem i thought... But i was wrong.I wanted the latest version of Safari 3.1.2 so i went to software update in os x didn't find it so then i went to Apple's Safari site and downloaded the latest safari image they had when i was going to install it on my MacBook i can't because the system says i don't have 10.5.2 which is required but i have 10.5.4!! So i then uninstalled Safari 3.1.1 thinking that i then could install 3.1.2 but no now i can't install Safari
