How do I only have photos from my iphone stream to my iMac? I just downloaded from my digital camera close to a 1,000 pictures from my vacation on to my iMac and they all streamed to my iPhone! I don't want all those pictures on my phone. Is there a way to only have the photo stream work in one direction?

I just got a new macbook and I want to get all the pictures from my phone to iPhoto. On my iPhone are all my iPhoto events and I can't figure out how to transfer them. I know how to tranfer each new picture I take, but not the older ones. How can I do this?

I have used an ibook with 10.4.11 for several years, but only for basic functions. Â
I am wondering if there is any way to stream my music from itunes on my imac over wifi to listen to it on my iphone. I like to listen to music with headphones as I work around the house, but the phone doesnt hold as many files as the imac. Â

I have the new Iphone 4s have not been able to use Icloud to download my photos in photo stream to my Imac. I have Iphoto 09 version 8.1.2 so I assume I would need to upgrade my Iphoto on the Mac but is there any way I can import my 400 plus photos in my Iphones photo stream to my Mac. It will not work when I try to sync the two.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am trying to copy 3 photos from an album in iPhoto to my iPhone. I have tried to move them to PhotoStream. I "select" the photos in the Album and then click on PhotoStream in the "Share" menu at the bottom of the screen. Nothing happens. I have also tried emailing them tyo myself but iPhoto won't send the email. It tells me it doesn't recognize my ID and password. My operating is Lion on an iMac.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI take pictures with my iPhone 4s and they go to my iPad just great but I only get about 50% of them to my MacBook Pro. They are radomly not there. There will be five or six that are there then 5 or 6 that are black no photo. All the warythrough the 200 photos I took on my latest trip? Is there any reason for this random messing up of photos? Is there anyway of getting them on the MacBook short of syncing my iPhone 4s through iPhoto? I am not liking this Photo Stream right now to many missing photos.Â
View 1 Replies View RelatedIt was good that Apple added the much needed "Delte" Featuer to Photo Stream. The next issue that came a long for me is: Photo Stream still saves all photos I take into my iPhoto library.
So, even though I choose "Delte" in Photo Stream there is still a copy saved in my iPhoto library.
Usually it creates an event and names it "May '12 Photo Stream" or something similar.
Then I again have to go into this event and delte the photos a second time.Â
Is there a way to disable this feature?Â
I would like to manually add photos from Photo Stream to my library.Â

Anytime I try to use Aperture to Import my photos from the Iphone to a folder in my Mac, Aperture will import some photos to the folder I Chose, but other go only to the iCloud Photo Stream...Â

Now I've signed up for iTunes Match and none of that music is on my iPhone anymore except by streaming. How do I get those tunes and podcasts back on my iPhone so I can listen to them when streaming is not available (like downstairs in my gym where there's no signal) WHILE ALSO being able to access the other non-sync'd tunes if I want whenever I've got a good signal. Is is possible to access photos on an iPhone that were taken more than 30 days ago. I had my iPhone stolen, I'd used it for 6 months without ever syncing it to any computer, and since it was nicked I bought a MacBook Pro in hopes that through iCloud I could get all the data from my phone but only a few recent photos showed up in Photo Stream, not all the others. Any way to go back in time for the lost photos?

I have my iMac here which I use to Sync my iPhone 6 Plus - This iMac 'belongs' to my iPhone 6 plus if you know what I mean.. Â
Now a friend of mine who does not own a computer, just bought an iPhone 6 and wants to move all the photos form his old iPhone 4S to the new Phone.. Â
So.. Â I imported all his Photos to iPhoto on my iMac. Â
Now when I open up iTunes on my iMac it immediately says to me 'Welcome to you new iPhone'.. and wants me to continue. Â
What do I do from here? I want to use iTunes to move all the photos from the iPhoto event I created to his new phone and this is a one off.. Â
Is it possible to do this without messing up any future syncing between my own iMac and Phone??Â
Or is there some other way I can get his Photos from iPhoto on to his Phone? I am assuming that iTunes is the only way without of course having to deal with third party apps.
