i have been several charged several times even when the app is downloaded via app store as it says billing info declined what should i do?

I just moved back from USA to Norway and I need to change my country and billing information. iTunes is denying me this because I still have store credit on my american account. It's just $0.28 left and there is really nothing I can buy. My american visa is terminated so I can't buy anything with greater value that the credit I have left.

My country (Ukraine) is not listed in Locations list. So I can't fill billing information to buy Abbyy Lingvo Dictionaries (and any other things, that I would like to buy) for my iPad2. I wrote to Apple about this issue some monthes ago, but everything stayed the same. What should I do? Throw iPad away, buy Android device and use it (and never buy Apple products anymore)? when I try to update my billing information the software adds additional digits to my zip code. This is all fine and dandy, it matches to where I live. But my bank only uses the standard five digits and when it adds the additional digits they will not match up correctly despite the first five being matched. This causes an endless and stupidly frustrating cycle that I cannot solve. I tried to find a phone number to call and sort this out but of course that doesn't exist.

Is there any way to permanently decline an update? I have a couple that have appeared to fix problems in Logic Pro and I only have Logic Express, so they are of no value to me.
I can uncheck them and choose not to install them, but they still appear in the list the next time other new updates appear.
Also, when do I know whether it's safe to install an update? I have a printer update that has appeared, but the last time I did that, it killed the OCR functionality I had previously.
Should I always install Mac System Updates, or wait several weeks until possible problems have been discovered? I don't really want to just install things because they're there as that will surely lead to them filling up my harddrive. Right?

My macbook pro is having issues starting up. To give a little history, the battery itself doesn't work alone. It requires a charger to be plugged in at all times. This has been a requirement for over a year. Upon startup tonight I tried to turn the computer on and recieved absolutlely no response from the macbook. There was no start up, and no sounds eminating from the laptop. The only positive sign is that the computer recognizes it is being charged, as the magnetized charger has the little green light illuminated. The odd thing is normally upon startup, that light would be an orange/brown color indicating that it's accepting the charge. The battery indicator light flashes one light repeatedly when pressed, but that is the only sign of life that we have noticed. Â

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a new 13" MBP (1 week old), and the battery is supposed to be fully charged, according to the battery menu and some hardware monitor app. Well, the same menu says the battery is 95% charged, while the MBP is hooked to the home's sector. What the heck is that ? Last week, the information was consistent (100% recharged).
What is happening here ? Is the battery defective or is this normal ? I'm new to the laptop world, so I need to understand what is happening with the battery.
I have the impression that my MBP still charges when the power lead is hooked into my macbook. Is that true? Do i have to unplug the power cord each time my macbook is charged? Is there any way that the battery life might be affected?
I hope there is some sort of a circuit involved, that stops charging the battery when the battery is full, rather than overcharging it..
been using my mba for a few weeks now and i noticed that even when fully charged and still pulled into the charged the battery percentage still says 99% i have yet to see it reach and stay at 100% while being plugged in. is this normal? i am on my 5th cycle if that matters.
