ICloud :: Use An Account To Be Able To Keep Email In Sync?
May 18, 2012
Do I need to use a me.com account to be able to keep my email in sync? what if i want to keep my old account (MSN.com) and synch between ipad, mac and iphone so if I erased and email in my mac it get erased in my phone...
iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.3)
I am running OS X 10.5.8 and just updated [url]...Now when I delete an email using my iphone it no longer syncs with my computer when I check mail there. Can this be resolved without updating to Snow Leopard or Lion?
I have my hotmail synced to go into mail on my macbook and it works great. How do I get that to work on my iphone using cloud? The only email that is coming to my iphone is my [url]... account which I dont really use.
I am getting the error: CANNOT GET MAIL.the user name or password for icloud is incorrect on both of my ipads, my iphone and my Macbook air. The username and password are the same that I have been using for years.
I am a former .me user that was migrated to the cloud. Unitl now, no issues with email. I cann actually sign on to mobile me but still cannot get to the email.
Next week I will be working 3 days in the office and 2 from my home in Leeds.  I have 2 iMacs - one for each location. I was wondering whether there's a way of setting up iCloud with my work email address in order to sync my emails on both machines? I have to refer to my emails quite a lot in my job and it will be rather frustrating to have some one one machine and the rest on the other. Oue email server is POP only. I use Apple Mail on both machines.Â
I appear to have a @mac.com account, a @me.com account and then a separate apple ID to the other two. This means when setting up iCloud I now have two mail accounts that I used until switch over that I can no longer access. What do I do?
I have 3 email accounts and one just randomly stopped receiving mail. I keep being asked to reset the password, I've done that in iCloud and mail preferences. It still is asking me to reset the password, I've done so numerous times. Resetting it just isn't working.
I have two iCloud email accounts and hoping that when in iCloud I can see both accounts at the same time (like I can in Apple and Outlook Mail). Is this possible? A Real pain to have to constantly logout of one account and login to the other to check mail on my MacBook Pro
I went ahead and moved my mobileme account to icloud and since I did that my email going to my [url].. and [url].. addresses rejects my password. I have changed everything I can think to change and read every help topic I can find on the subject and performed every fix they have suggested. I have to have access to this account as it is my primary email address for my non-profit organization!
When iCloud first arrived, I guess I signed up for it using my regular e-mail address. This e-mail address is at my own personal domain. I've had MobileMe and just got rid of it, essentially transferring it over to iCloud. So I now have two iCloud accounts, one set up for my personal e-mail, one with my old MobileMe stuff including my Calendar, Contacts, and Me.com E-mail (which I do use sometimes). What to do? I don't want 2, as it will get so confusing. Any way to combine? Can I get rid of the iCloud account set up to my personal domain email? Also, what about my iTunes Store account, which is set up with personal domin email?Â
