IPhoto 11 :: Slide-show Playing Reverse Order

Just upgraded to iPhoto '11 and when I click on an event and choose slideshow, it begins to play in reverse order (most recent first). My main Events homepage is set to sort descending by date and my photos are all ascending by date within the individual events. When I change the main Events view to ascending, it plays in the correct order, however I like my most recent events coming up first...I noticed I can get around this by opening the event and selecting the first photo and then starting slideshow. Is there something I am missing or is this just something I have to get used to?

ITunes Mac :: Albums Show Songs In Reverse Order - Play Songs In Reverse Order?
I've experienced the most ridiculous bug in iTunes for several years now which I figured would eventually get fixed but with the release of iTunes 10, it is still there! Clearly this needs to be bought to someone's attention.

In short, my albums in iTunes play backwards. Thats right, they play in REVERSE order.

When I double-click an Album to jump into it, the Album is sorted by reverse order by default. I can click the first column to sort it by normal order (which works) but if i double-click the first track in the list to begin playing, that track plays but then playback stops after the track has finished. If I hit the Next Track button during playback of that song, playback finishes. If I hit "Previous Track", it jumps to Track #2! If I hit Next Track while on Song #2, it jumps back to track #1. Basically Next Track = Previous Track and vice versa. This includes the normal play order too so if I double-click track #5 to start playing, iTunes will play back to track #1 and then finish!

Some albums in my collection are OK, some are broken. I've tried so many different things to fix it including deleting / recreating my library but so far to no avail.

Does anyone else experience this problem?

FWIW, these are just regular .mp3 files with the usual meta-data (tracks, names, artists, disc numbers etc).

OS X :: IPHoto Burn Slide Show
In an iPhoto event, the photos are arranged in photo name order or date order. What I'd like to do is rearrange the photos in a different order that I specify by drag and drop, and then burn them to a CD (or just a folder I could xfer would be fine) so that when viewed on a PC they come out in that order.

IPhoto 11 :: How To Manually Arrange Pictures In Slide Show
Is it possible to manually arrange pictures in slide shows?

The slide show feature in earlier versions of iPhoto had one major flaw: it is fully automated. You can't select how many pictures go on each slide or move pictures from one slide to another. Has this issue been resolved with iPhoto 11?

IPhoto 11 :: Video Playback Jerky In Slide Show But Ok Otherwise?
I'm using iPhoto 11 (version 9.0.1) running Snow Leopard 10.6.4.

If I play videos in iPhoto by just clicking on it the videos plays fine. However, if I run it in any slide show theme the video playback is jerky (very noticable jerkines with audio in video files).

In previous iLifes same videos played absolutely perfect.

Anyone else have this problem?

Pages 09 :: Reverse Page Numbering - Using Reverse Page Order
1st question: Is there a way to reverse the numbering of pages in a Pages document? For instance, in a 20 page document, is there a way to make the last page be numbered as "page 1" and the first page be numbered "page 20"?

2nd question: is there any way to "flip" the page order of a Pages document? By that, I mean making the last page the actual first page and vice versa, along with a corresponding re-ordering of all the pages therein.

I looked through the Pages manual but found nothing on either topic. I also tried searching the Apple discussion forums here, but found nothing there either.

Side rant: The forum search function is pretty crude. My various searches for "page number" or "page numbering" kept giving results as though I was actually searching for "Pages" and "Numbers." And no matter how what search terms I used, with or without single or double quotes, I kept getting the exact same citations. Curse you, Apple, for giving your applications such generic names.

OS X Leopard :: Setting Reverse Page Order Of PDF
I need to reverse page order of a PDF file. I tried Preview and Automator but couldn't find right option.

Printer driver has a reverse order option but when I did Save As PDF, it doesn't seem to work.

I tried a utility called Moonwalk but it does not run on my system with no reason.

Any solution? I prefer Automator action but any idea will be welcome.

What I'm doing is scanning documents. My scanner has ADF but does not duplex scanning. Automator make it possible to combine odd and even pages but the even pages should be reversed before scanning. If there is an Automator action for it, it will be great.

ITunes Mac :: CD Tracks Being Burned In Reverse Order - How To Set It
There have been previous threads about this, but they were closed without a proper answer, so I'm posting this as a new thread. This post applies to iTunes 9.2.1(5).

I was trying to burn an album to CD. At first, I tried this:

(1) In Library->Music (Albums & Grid view), click the album
(2) click File->New Playlist From Selection
(3) click that play list in "Playlists"
(4) click "Burn Disc"

This resulted in tracks being burned in reverse order (19, 18, 17, ..., 1). Presumably this is a bug in iTunes. It was nothing to do with the sort order arrows next to "Name", "Track", etc. (as many users had suggested).

The fix is to construct the playlist manually:

(1) click File->New Playlist (and rename the "untitled" playlist to the album title)
(2) In Library->Music (Albums & List view), use "Search" to filter, and select the tracks in the album
(3) drag those tracks into the new playlist
(4) click "Burn Disc"

Keynote 09 :: How To Advance To Next Slide When Builds Still Playing
Within Keynote, I want users to be able to advance to the next "slide" when they want to. However, the problem is that if a dynamic feature/build has already started (e.g., rotating pictures or audio clip), when a person clicks the right arrow key to advance, they can't until the dynamic feature/build has run its course. How can I give people the ability to advance when they want to? They may want to jump through quickly without waiting for builds on each slide to finish. As an option, I inserted right and left arrow shapes into the presentation and hyperlinked them to next and previous slides, respectively. Users can't click the hyperlinked arrows until the dynamic feature/build is complete.

Keynote 09 :: Automatic Slide Transition And Playing Movies?
I am currently creating a presentation to showcase our children's work at school. I have a few videos to play within the slideshow. Is it possible to make keynote wait for the movie to finish playing before a transition? I realise I can set a Delay - but this gets tedious as I have to check each files length - and this is something that we want to change regularly. Also - more annoyingly - there seems to be no relationship between the lenghth of a movie in quicktime and it's length playing within keynote. A 3 minute quicktime video, with a 180 second delay in keynote, finishes a good 20 before transition. Can Keynote be made to wait for a video to stop playing before it moves on to the next slide? Also - I used to be able to embed a webpage in a keynote slide - has this ability gone in '09?
